SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On the above date and time Brattleboro Police received information about an underage drinking party taking place at the stone church music hall at 210 Main Street. Officers responded to the scene to investigate. Police found a party with approximately 150 juveniles in attendance. Some of the juveniles attempted to flee the scene upon the arrival of police. Several groups of juveniles were found to be intoxicated. Marijuana was also seized at the party. Additional police officers were called to the scene to assist in handling the incident. Hinsdale and Chesterfield, NH police assisted as well as the Windham County Sheriff's Department and Vermont State Police. Nine people under the age of 21 were found to be intoxicated. Three fifteen year olds were issued juvenile citations for drinking alcohol. One 18 year old, two 17 year olds, and two sixteen year olds were referred to diversion for drinking alcohol. Colby T. Oefinger (18) of Brattleboro was issued a civil violation for drinking alcohol. There is an ongoing investigation into the source of the alcohol. Police are also investigating who was responsible for the party and the lack of adult supervision.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Police responded to a residence on Canal St. in an attempt to locate LeClair, who had an active warrant for his arrest. Police were able to locate LeClair, who was subsequently taken into custody for this active warrant. This warrant was for failing to appear in Windham District Court for the charges of Burglary, Unlawful Mischief, and Interference with Access to Emergency Services. LeClair was lodged at the Brattleboro Police Department in lieu of $1,500 bail.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on South Main St. Further investigation revealed Muscari to be the operator of this vehicle. Muscari was found to be criminally suspended from operating a motor vehicle in the State of Vermont. Muscari was subsequently charged with this offense, and was cited to appear in Windham District Court at a later date to answer to this charge.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On Feb 25, 2010 at approximately 11:25pm, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to the Super 8 Motel on Putney Road in Brattleboro for a reported armed robbery. The robber entered the motel and threatened the clerk with a gun and demanded money. The robbery then fled the scene on foot traveling towards the rotary. There were no reported injuries. The robber is described as a black male, approx. 5'10', 165-180lbs, and was wearing a 3/4 length dark puffy coat with a hood. As the investigation is still in it's infancy stage, additional information will be released at a later time as it becomes available. SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Anthony R. Perkins (24) has been wanted by police in NH, Brattleboro VT, and the United States Marshall Service since February 5, 2010. He is wanted for escape in NH. Perkins is a member of the Gangster Disciples street gang. In an effort to locate Perkins police contacted him two times. In one incident on 2/6/10 he fled from a motor vehicle stop and was not apprehended. During the ongoing search for Perkins Brattleboro Police checked a residence in Brattleboro on 2/7/10. During that incident Perkins leapt from a second floor window and fled again.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Police responded to Moore Court for a report of a male shooting a BB gun at a group of juveniles. Further investigation revealed that Davis had shot a BB gun at a group of juveniles playing outside. Davis was subsequently charged with this offense, and was cited to appear in Windham District Court at a later date to answer to this charge.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On February 22, 2010 at approximately 1400 hrs Brattleboro Police responded to the Super 8 Motel in Brattleboro to assist Fire and Rescue for a reported medical emergency. Upon arrival to this location an investigation resulted which revealed the accused to be in possession of marijuana. A subsequent search warrant to this room was also later executed and the accused was found to be in possession of more marijuana. The accused will appear at the Windham County District Court on a later date to answer to this charge.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On February 21, 2010 at approximately 0855 hrs a Brattleboro Police Officer initiated a motor vehicle stop for a traffic violation. The accused was identified as the operator of this vehicle. After an investigation it was revealed that the accused was under criminal suspension in the State of VT. The accused was then arrested and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department. The accused was later released on citation to appear at the Windham County District Court.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Police responded to a residence on South Main St. in an attempt to locate Fox, who had an active warrant for his arrest. Fox was subsequently taken into custody. Fox was able to make bail for this warrant, and was cited to appear in Windham District Court at a later date to answer to this charge.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Police investigated a reported motor vehicle complaint in the Price Chopper plaza. Further investigation revealed that Wright had acted in a disorderly manner by attempting to provoke a physical fight. Wright was also found to have caused damage to a vehicle that was involved. Wright was cited to appear in Windham District Court at a later date to answer to this charge.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Police investigated a reported motor vehicle disturbance in the student parking lot of the Brattleboro Union High School. Further investigation revealed that Goodhue had acted in a disorderly manner towards a group of individuals in the parking lot. Goodhue was also found to have struck two vehicles during this incident. Goodhue was cited to appear in Windham District Court at a later date to answer to these charges.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On February 16, 2010 at approximately 0930 hrs the Brattleboro Police Department received an anonymous call regarding an altercation that was taking place in a residence located on South Main Street in Brattleboro. Police responded to this area and conducted an investigation. This investigation led to the arrest of the accused. The accused was lodged at the Brattleboro Police Department on $2,000.00 bail and will appear in the Windham County District Court tomorrow, 2/17/10 at 1230 hrs.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 02/16/2010 the Brattleboro Police responded to a reported burglary. The complainant's provided a description of the suspect. An officer located Mischke walking on Green Street Extention, which is approximately 100 yards from the scene. At the scene officer's found a broken window and a difficult point of entry. Mischke had fresh wounds on his leg and hands as well as cuts on his jeans. Mischle also matched the suspect description as provided by the complainant. Mischke was processed at the Brattleboro Police Station and held on $1,000 bail. Mischke was also found to have an active arrest warrant from Franklin, Vt. And ordered held until sober.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On Feb 15, 2010 at approximately 18:37 hours the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a reported armed robbery that had just occurred at the North End Market located on Putney Road in the Town of Brattleboro. The robbery told the clerk he had a gun, but no gun was displayed. The robber fled the store on foot with an undetermined amount of money. The robber is described as a white male, approx. 5'10”, thin to medium build, and was wearing a dark colored fluffy type coat and his face was partially covered. Store surveillance and evidence gathered at the scene is being processed. Once an image of the robber will be made available as soon as possible. SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: : On 02/14/2010 the Brattleboro Police stopped a vehicle on Vernon Road 9Route 142) for speed and driving left of center. Investigation revealed that Nathan Head 27, of Brattleboro was intoxicated. Head denied consuming intoxicating beverages. Head was processed for Dui at the Brattleboro Police Station and released on citation. Head was issued a traffic ticket for driving left of center.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Police responded to a residence on Williams St. for a report of an attempted stabbing. Further investigation revealed that Scipio had attempted to stab two adults with a knife. Scipio was also found to have assaulted her child. Scipio was subsequently charged with these offenses, and was lodged at the Brattleboro Police Department in lieu of $2,000 bail.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On February 13, 2010 at approximately 1130 hrs the Brattleboro Police Department received a suspicious report regarding a possible break-in that had occurred at a residence on Green Street in Brattleboro. Due to this report Brattleboro Police Officers responded to this residence and conducted an investigation. This investigation led to the identification of two individuals who had left the reported scene. One of these individuals was identified as the accused and it was revealed that he was now at a residence on Putney Road in Brattleboro. Due to this information Officers responded to this residence to do a follow-up investigation. During this investigation Officers observed that the accused had consumed alcoholic beverages and was intoxicated. The accused became disruptive and failed to listen to Officers requests. He was subsequently arrested for disorderly conduct and lodged at the Brattleboro Police Department until he was sober. The accused received a citation to appear at the Windham County District Court and was later released upon conditions.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 2/12/10 Brattleboro Police responded to a domestic dispute. Following an investigation Tanya L. Campbell (36) of Brattleboro was arrested for domestic assault and simple assault. She was held at the Brattleboro Police Station and will appear in court on 2/12/10.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: As a result of a collaborative investigation conducted by the Brattleboro Police Department, Vermont State Police, and the Department for Children and Families, a Bellows Falls man is facing charges of Sexual Assault on a Minor, Lewd and Lascivious conduct with a child, and Voyeurism. Dennis J. Diggs, age 29, was arrested by the VSP on 11 Feb 10, in Bellows Falls resulting from their investigation. Diggs was held on $100,000.00 bail pending his arraignment in Windham District court. In addition to the charges stemming from VSP case, Diggs will also be arraigned on the Brattleboro PD charges regarding the alleged offenses that occurred in the Town of Brattleboro.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On February 8, 2010 the Brattleboro Police Dept. arrested Ronald Furchack at the Colonial Motel on an extraditable warrant out of the State of Pennsylvania. Furchack was wanted for breaking parole conditions. Furchack was held at the Brattleboro Police Dept. until he could be seen in court the following day.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Marshall and Trudeau were arrested after stealing a stereo from the floor display at Radio Shack. With the assistance of the Vermont State Police, Officers were able to locate the suspects and recover the stolen property. Both Marshall and Trudeau will answer the charges in Windham District Court at a later date.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On February 7, 2010 at approximately 1450 hrs the Brattleboro Police Department was dispatched to the area of Ames Hill Road for a report of a male subject drinking inside of his vehicle. Brattleboro Police Officers responded to this area and upon arrival conducted an investigation. It was revealed that the accused had been drinking and was also in possession of marijuana. Police issued the accused a citation to appear at the Windham County District Court to answer his charge. The accused was later released upon this citation.

ACCUSED: Jason Naglack Ashely Hawthorne Christopher Mclean Anthony Perkins AGE: 25 21 26 24

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On February 6, 2010 the Brattleboro Police Dept. stopped a vehicle driven by Christopher Mclean for defective equipment. Also in the vehicle were Ashely Hawthorne, Jason Naglack, and Anthony Perkins. When the officer asked for identification from the passengers Naglack and Perkins gave false names. When the officer returned to his cruiser Naglack and Perkins got out of the vehicle and fled down Canal Street on foot. The Brattleboro Police K9 conducted a track of where the subjects ran but they were not able to immediately locate the subjects. Naglack was out on conditions of release and he was located the following night at his residence. Naglack was arrested and charged with False information to a police officer and violating his court conditions. Naglack was held on $1000.00 bail. Hawthorne was also at the residence and she was arrested for false information to a police officer and then released on a citation. Perkins was found to have an extraditable warrant out of the State of New Hampshire for escape status. Perkins walked away from a half way house in Manchester N.H. and still as not been apprehended. Brattleboro Police are in the process of having a warrant issued for false information to a police officer against Perkins. Mclean was issued a citation of false information to a police officer. SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 02/05/2010 at approximately 0011 hours the Brattleboro Police conducted a motor vehicle on Canal Street for speed. Investigation revealed that the passenger, Behrens, was in possession of marijuana. It was located in a coffee cup in the passenger compartment and also inside a suitcase in the trunk. Behrens was arrested and cited to appear in Windham District Court at a later date. The operator of the vehicle received a traffic ticket for speeding.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On February 5, 2010 at approximately 1130 hrs the Brattleboro Police Department was dispatched to the area of Green Street and Chapin Street for a report of a physical altercation. Brattleboro Police Officers responded to this area and upon arrival conducted an investigation. It was revealed that the accused had entered the residence of 119 Green Street without permission and assaulted a male subject, who is the victim of this incident. The altercation between the accused and the male victim spilled into the intersection of Green Street and Whipple Street. This was because the male victim attempted to get away from the accused however she followed. After interviewing both parties along with witnesses, Police arrested the accused and transported her to the Brattleboro Police Department. The accused was lodged at this location and will answer to her charge at the Windham County District Court on a later date.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Police responded to a residence on Main St. in an attempt to locate Wainwright, who had an active warrant for her arrest. Police were able to locate Wainwright, who was subsequently charged with this offense. Wainwright was cited to appear in Windham District Court at a later date to answer to this charge, as she provided the bail of $200.00.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On February 2, 2010 at approximately 1135 hrs the Brattleboro Police Department received a report of a retail theft located at the Label Shopper in Brattleboro. Upon police arrival to this location an investigation was conducted which resulted in the identification of the suspects. The two accused were identified as the suspects and were subsequently charged for the theft of merchandise and also for possessing the stolen property. The accused were cited to appear at the Windham County District Court on 3/16/10.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On February 2, 2010 Kevin Rose came into the Brattleboro Police Dept. to check in as part of his court ordered conditions related to another case. Part of Rose's conditions is he must submit to a breath test to show he has not been drinking alcohol. When Rose submitted to the breath test it showed his BAC to be a .088. Rose was arrested and held on $1000.00 bail until he could be seen in court.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Police responded to a residence on High Street in an attempt to locate Vakaros, who had an active warrant for his arrest. Police were able to locate Vakaros, who was subsequently lodged at the Brattleboro Police Department in lieu of a $346.00 fine.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 01/30/2010 the Brattleboro Police conducted a motor vehicle on Black Mountain Road for a defective headlight. The operator Eric Russell 19, of Brattleboro, admitted to possessing marijuana and being under the influence of marijuana. During a search of Russell's vehicle officers located three marijuana cigarettes commonly referred to as roaches and numerous items of drug paraphernalia. Russell was taken into custody and processed for DUI/Drugs. Russell was cited to appear in Windham District Court at a later date. s

Due to these circumstances Michael was located and issued a citation to appear at the Windham County District Court to answer to his charge. Michael was released upon this citation.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Officer of the Brattleboro Police Department was dispatched to 1988 Marlboro Road for a reported domestic assault. After conducting their investigation Nicholas Lapedota was arrested on several charges to include Domestic Assault. Lapedota was lodged at the Brattleboro Lock up in lue of ten thousand (10000) dollar bail. Lapedota will answer the charges on January 26th, 2010 in the Windham District Court.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Radcliffe had a warrant issued by Cheshire (NH) Superior Court for violation of probation on a conviction of possession of a control substance. Radcliffe was located at his residence and arrested with out incident. Radcliffe will appear in the Windham District Court on January 26th, 2010 and was held at the BPD lock up on $15, 000.00 bail.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Police responded to Label Shopper for a reported retail theft. Further investigation revealed that Adler had stolen a single pair of sweat pants. Adler was subsequently cited to appear in Windham District Court at a later date to answer to this charge.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Police responded to Main St. for a motor vehicle complaint. Further investigation revealed that Wardlaw had operated this vehicle. Wardlaw was found to be criminally suspended from operating a motor vehicle in the State of VT. Wardlaw was also found to be on Conditions of Release, forbidding Wardlaw from being charged with a new offense. Wardlaw was subsequently charged with these offense, and was cited to appear in Windham District Court at a later date to answer to these charges.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On January 18, 2010 at approximately 1000 hrs the Brattleboro Police received a complaint regarding a theft of services from a concerned citizen. The reported theft of services took place at Our Place Diner in Brattleboro, VT. After an investigation the accused parties were located. The investigation revealed that the three accused had left the diner without paying for their meals. All three accused were cited for this offense and released to appear at the Windham County District Court on a later date.

At this time the accused was administered a breath test that revealed he had consumed alcohol. Due to these circumstances the accused was cited and released to appear at the Windham County District Court to answer his charge of Criminal Contempt.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Police responded to a residence on Horton Place for a reported disturbance. Further investigation revealed that Gerry had broken a window to this residence. Gerry was subsequently charged with Unlawful Mischief. Frink was found to have threatened a resident via telephone, and had acted in a threatening manner while outside the residence. Frink was subsequently charged with Disorderly Conduct, and Disorderly Conduct Via Electronic Means. Both Gerry and Frink were cited to appear in Windham District Court at a later date to answer to these charged.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Officers of the Brattleboro Police Department arrested Tina Fisher as a Fugitive from Justice. Fisher had an arrest warrant issued by Cheshire County Court for Fraudulent use of a Credit Card. Fisher could face up to seven years in prison in New Hampshire. Fisher was ordered to appear before a Judge in the Windham District Court on January 15th, 2010 to determine if she would go back to New Hampshire.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Brattleboro Police conducted responded to 45 Chestnut Street for a citizen dispute. When Police arrived they met with Alicia Porter. After a short investigation Porter was arrested for fighting with her aunt and uncle. Porter was processed at the Brattleboro Police Dept. and release on a citation to court on a later date and time.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Police responded to a residence at Mountain home trailer park in an attempt to locate Allen who had an active warrant for her arrest. Allen was also found to be in possession of marijuana. Allen was lodged at the Brattleboro police department in lieu of a $386 fine.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: : Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Canal St. Further investigation revealed Helyar to be the operator of this vehicle. Helyar was found to have a Blood Alcohol Content of .358%. Helyar was subsequently charged with DUI. Helyar was cited to appear in Windham District Court at a later date to answer to this charge.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Police were contacted to investigate possible check forgery. Further investigation revealed that Washington was in possession of stolen checks, and had attempted to use these stolen checks. Washington was currently being held on an unrelated arrest warrant, was and cited to appear in Windham District Court on 01/14/2010 to answer to this charge.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Brattleboro Police Officers arrested a juvenile male after he left the Hannaford's Grocery Store, located on Putney Road, with items that he had not paid for. Store staff detained the male until the officers' arrival. The male was issued a citation to appear at a late date to answer the charge of Retail Theft and was also issued a trespass after warning for the store.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Police were dispatched to a reported assault that was taking place at the Lamplighter Motel. Upon the arrival of the officers they located both parties in room #18. After speaking to both parties it was determined that Koziara allegedly had assaulted his girlfriend and forcefully kept her at the motel against her will.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On January 3, 2010 Brattleboro Police arrested the accused for violating his court ordered relief from abuse order. An investigation that stemmed from a reported noise disturbance revealed that the accused was in violation. The accused was later released on citation and conditions. The accused will appear at the Windham County District Court to answer his charge.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Putney Road. Further investigation revealed Watson to be the operator of this vehicle.
