Patrick Boyer, 33, of Brattleboro, VT
On 02/25/20 at approximately 10:45am, Officers from the Brattleboro Police Department responded to the Windham County Superior Court where they arrested Patrick Boyer after it was determined that he was the subject of an extraditable arrest warrant in the State of Massachusetts. The underlying charges related to the larceny of a motor vehicle in Massachusetts.
Boyer was lodged at the Brattleboro Police Department in lieu of $10,000 bail. He was ordered to appear in Windham County Superior Court on 02/26/20 at 12:30pm.
Rebecca Russ, 31, of Brattleboro, VT
On 2/20/20 a subject called to report being harassed via repeated, unwanted calls and texts. Subsequent investigation led to Rebecca Russ receiving a citation to appear in court on 3/31/20 to face the charge of Disturbing the Peace by Electronic Means.
Elise Nuccio, 26, of Brattleboro, VT
On February 18, 2020 at approximately 1:15pm Officers from the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a retail theft complaint at a local business on Main St in Brattleboro. After an investigation it was found that Elise Nuccio age 26 of Brattleboro had committed the theft.
On February 24 Officers were able to locate Nuccio and arrest her. Nuccio was cited to appear in the Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division on March 31, 2020 at 8:00am to answer the charge of retail theft.
Michael Piserchio, 62, of Newport, VT
On 02/14/20, the Brattleboro Police Department received a report of a male who appeared to be intoxicated operating a vehicle. The police later located Michael Piserchio, 62 of Newport, VT. Piserchio was intoxicated and subsequently arrested for DUI. He will answer to this charge on 03/10/20 a Windham County Superior Court, Criminal Division.
On February 22, 2020 at approximately 0215 hours, officers from the Brattleboro Police Department were dispatched to a 2 car motor vehicle crash on Cotton Mill Hill. Upon arrival of officers it was learned that one of the vehicles had fled from the scene of the crash after causing significant damage to the other vehicle. At this time the Police Department is seeking information that would identify the operator and the vehicle that left the scene. The vehicle was described as a dark colored truck, and would most likely have significant damage to the drivers side of the vehicle. Anybody with information is urged to contact the Police Department.
Buck Mitchell, 28, of Brattleboro, VT
On February 22, 2020 at approximately 2231 hours, officers of the Brattleboro Police Department were informed of a violation of conditions of release. Officers found evidence that Buck Mitchell violated his conditions of release by being out during his designated curfew hours. Mitchell was arrested and will appear in Windham County Superior Court on February 24, 2020 to answer to his charge.
George McCline, 29, of Brattleboro, VT
On 2/12/20 Brattleboro Police observed George McCline, a 29 year old male from Brattleboro, operating a motor vehicle. Police were aware that McCline’s license to operate a motor vehicle is criminally suspended.
Police attempted to conduct a motor vehicle stop, however McCline chose to flee in his vehicle, going through a busy intersection, and eluding the police.
McCline was later located, and placed under arrest. McCline was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department, where he was processed, and released on a citation. McCline will appear in court on 3/31/20 to answer his charges.
Vikki Putnam, 38, of Brattleboro, VT
On 2/21/20 officers of the Brattleboro Police Department conducted a traffic stop on Canal St. for defective equipment. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Vikki M. Putnam. Subsequent investigation lead to the arrest of Putnam because Putnam had an extraditable warrant out of New Hampshire. Putnam will appear in Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division on 2/21/20 to answer to her charges.

Theresa Gay, 44, of Brattleboro, VT
On February 5, 2020 Brattleboro Police were made aware of a stolen vehicle from Hinsdale, N.H.. Brattleboro Police were able to locate the vehicle on Frost Street in Brattleboro. When Brattleboro Police met with the owner of the truck they were advised there were gift cards and a credit card stolen from inside the truck. The owner reported the credit card was used at two stores in Brattleboro.
On February 11, 2020 Brattleboro Police were advised by the Northfield, M.A. police department they had a series of motor vehicle break-in’s and one vehicle had a credit card stolen out of it. The credit card was used at two Brattleboro locations on February 8, 2020.
On February 12, 2020 Brattleboro Police were made aware of a stolen vehicle from Northfield, M.A.. Brattleboro Police were able to locate the vehicle on Reed Street in Brattleboro. Northfield M.A. Police also advised they had a series of motor vehicle break-ins and one vehicle had a credit card stolen from it and there was an attempted use of it at one location in Brattleboro
After an investigation took place police arrested Patrick Boyer for Operating without owners consent, possession of stolen property and Accessory before the fact. Police also arrested Theresa Gay for possession of stolen property and fraudulent use of a credit card.
Boyer is schedule to appear in court on February 25, 2020 and Gay is scheduled to appear in court on March 31, 2020
Mark Zostant, 50, of Brattleboro, VT
On February 19, 2020, officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a residence on Putney Road, in the Town of Brattleboro, for a report of Domestic Assault. Subsequent investigation revealed that Mark L. Zostant had assaulted a female he had a relationship with. The investigation also revealed Zostant interfered with the female calling for help when he ripped the phone from the wall.
The female sustained no life threatening injuries. Zostant was taken into custody without incident. Zostant was held on $1000.00 bail and given conditions and will appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 02/19/2020 to answer to the charges.
