FROM: Town of Brattleboro DATE: 02/28/2023 RE: PARKING LOT SNOW REMOVAL The Town of Brattleboro would like to remind everyone that the snow emergency ban is in effect. Snow and ice will be removed from the parking lots in the downtown area this evening. Parked vehicles in the downtown parking lots must be removed by 1:00am or they will be towed at the owner’s expense. If vehicles are going to remain in Town overnight they should park in the Brattleboro Transportation Center. If you use the Transportation Center, do not park in a Reserved Permit space without a permit. Pay and Display is in effect after 9:00 a.m. Contact the Brattleboro Police Department at 257-7950 for any questions.

Jennifer M Sarles, 44, Brattleboro, VT
Ofc Washburn On February 7, 2023 at approximately 10:46 Brattleboro Police Officers were dispatched to a residence on Putney rd. for a report of a Relief against Abuse Order violation. Officers arrived and after an investigation it was determined that Jennifer M. Sarles age 44 of Brattleboro committed the offense of an RFA order. Sarles was arrested and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department for processing. Sarles was released on conditions and issued a citation to appear at the Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division on February 8, 2023 at 12:30pm. Anyone arrested or cited by the Brattleboro police department is presumed innocent until convicted of a crime in court. Daniel Kramer, 35, Henniker, NH
Ofc Law On 1/27/23 at approximately 1121 hours the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a restaurant on Putney Rd. for a individual who was slumped over the wheel of a vehicle that collided with a snowbank. Through investigation it was found that Daniel Kramer was operating the motor vehicle under the influence of suspected drugs. Kramer was also in possession of fentanyl and had a criminally suspended license. Kramer was placed under arrest and later released on conditions and a citation to appear at the Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 1/30/23. Anyone arrested or cited by the Brattleboro police department is presumed innocent until convicted of a crime in court. |
