Officer Washburn
On March 25, 2018 at approximately 9:09 am. Officers from the Brattleboro Police Department were dispatched to the intersection of High St. and Green St. for a tractor trailer truck that had struck a building on High St. and became stuck. High St. was shut down for approximately 1 hour. A’s towing arrived on scene and removed the vehicle from the roadway.

Vikki Putnam, 36, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Vinton On 03/24/18 at approximately 5:20 p.m. the Brattleboro Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Guilford St. Upon investigation it was determined, the operator, Vikki N. Putnam, 36, of Brattleboro was operarting a motor vehicle on a public highway with a criminally suspended license. Putnam was arrested for this incident and transported to the Brattleboro Police Station. Putnam was processed and relaeased with a citation to appear at Windham Superior Court on 05/01/18. Walter Swift, 57, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Kerylow On 03/23/2018 Walter Swift was found to be in violation of his active Conditions of Release by violating a 24 hour curfew. Swift was also found to be in possession of stolen property. Swift was released on Conditions of Release and a citation to appear in court on 04/03/2018. Phyllis Parent, 28, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Penniman On 3/22/18 Brattleboro Police responded to 3 separate incidents at food establishments in the down town area. All 3 establishments stated that a female, later identified as Phyllis Parent, a 28 year old female from Brattleboro, entered and demanded that the employees empty the register drawers and give her all of the money. Parent never threatened violence or furnished a weapon. Parent received no money from 2 of the businesses, however stole a small amount of cash from the employee tip jar at a third location. Due to cooperation from employees at the businesses, along with surveillance footage, Police were able to identify the female as Parent. Through the course of the investigation it was determined that Parent had current court ordered conditions of release which she violated. Parent was released on a citation along with updated conditions of release. She will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 3/27/18 to answer her charges. Tonya Camolli, 34, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Penniman On 3/21/18 Brattleboro Police were called to a residence on Pleasant St for a trespassing complaint. Investigation revealed that Tonya Camolli, a 34 year old female from Brattleboro, had violated her court ordered conditions of release by making contact with several individuals she had been ordered not to. Camolli had also destroyed a cell phone when one of the complainants threatened to call the police. Camolli was located at a later date, and issued a citation for Contempt of court, Unlawful mischief, and interference to access to emergency services. Camolli will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 3/27/18 to answer her charges. Alexander P. Hrabovsky, 26, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer MacDonald On March 13, 2018 Brattleboro Police responded to a residence on Marlboro Road for the report of an argument resulting in property damage. Through investigation it was determined Alexander Hrabovsky (6/16/91) intentionally destroyed the cell phone of a 22 year old female. Hrabovsky was issued a citation ordering him to appear at the Windham County Superior Courthouse on 4/24/18 to answer to the charge. Ralph B. Schnyer, 50, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer MacDonald. On March 7, 2018 Brattleboro Police responded to a residence on Birge Street for reported concerns with the animals inside. Ralph Schnyer (10/15/67) agreed to surrender custody of the animals. Through investigation it was determined the animals were not provided proper food and water. Schnyer was issued a citation ordering him to appear at the Windham County Superior Courthouse on 5/1/18 to answer to the charge. Marquis Lafayette, 57, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Wilson On 3/20/2018, Brattleboro Officers responded to a residence on Pleasant Street on a report of Criminal Threatening. Subsequent investigation revealed that Marquis D Lafayette 57, of Brattleboro had committed the crime of Criminal Threatening, Violated two court orders and, Interfered with someone’s access to emergency services. Marquis was later located and arrested. He was ordered held on $5000 bail. He is scheduled to appear in Windham County Superior Court on 3/20/2018 to answer to the charges. Officer Hamilton On 03/20/18 at approximately 3:18am, Officers received a report of a vehicle that had been stolen from a residence on Pleasant Street. Investigation revealed that the vehicle was taken without the owner’s consent by Tonya Camolli. Camolli was later located on Canal Street, where she was taken into custody for this offense as well as multiple violations of her court ordered conditions of release. Camolli’s conditions indicated that she had been prohibited from driving a vehicle or committing any further criminal offenses. Camolli was lodged at the Brattleboro Police Department in lieu of $500.00, and is scheduled to appear in Windham County Superior Court on 03/21/18. Lisa-Marie Gendron, 24, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Hamilton On March 20, 2018 officers of the Brattleboro Police Department were on foot patrol downtown when they noticed Lisa-Marie Gendron leaving a residence on Elm St. Gendron had an active warrant, and was placed under arrest. Gendron was held in lieu of bail, and will appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on March 20 to face the charges. |
