Police arrested Nuccio for incident 20BB02040 for Aggravated Operating a Vehicle without Owners Consent. On Nuccio’s person Police located suspencted Fentanyl, weighing 4.3g with packaging. Nuccio was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department. There she was processed, and issued citations for the following incidents: 20BB02116: Poss. Of Fentanyl 20BB02040: Operating without Owners Consent 20BB01344: Retail Theft 20BB02022: Simple Assault. Officer Law On 3/24/2020 at approximately 2100 hours the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a business on Putney Road to investigate a report of a sexual assault. Subsequent investigation led to the arrest of Kyle M. Brower for Sexual Assault (x3) and Domestic Assault. Brower was later located and placed under arrest at which time he was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department where he was processed and lodged. Brower was ordered to be held in lieu of $10,000 bail and will appear in Windham County Superior Court; Crminal Division on 3/25/20 to answer to the charges. Craig Roys, 48, of Brattleboro, VT
Debra Bemis, 46, of Brattleboro, VT Officer Lockerby On 3/22/2020 at approximately 1624 hours officers of the Brattleboro Police Department were on foot patrol on Canal Street when they observed suspicious activity. Officers approached the subjects and identified them as Craig M. Roys and Debra M. Bemis. Further investigation revealed that Roys was in possession of Fentanyl and Bemis was in Possession of a regulated drug which she did not have a prescription for. Roys was issued a citation for Possession of Fentanyl, and released. Bemis was issued a citation for Possession of a Depressant, Stimulant, and Narcotic Drug, and released. Roys and Bemis are scheduled to appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on May 26, 2020 to face the charges. Mark Smith, 55, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Cunningham On March 19, 2020 officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a residence on Green Street, in the Town of Brattleboro, for a male punching another male in the face. Subsequent investigation revealed that Mark Smith was acting disorderly when he punched a male on the sidewalk in front of his residence. The victim refused medical treatment. Smith was cited for Disorderly Conduct and will appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 05/26/2020 to answer to the charge. Aleah Cyr, 19, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Carbone On March 1, 2020, Brattleboro Police responded to a business on Main Street for a report of an assault. Through investigation, police learned that Aleah R. Cyr had been engaged in a verbal confrontation with a male who she then attempted to strike in the face. Cyr was issued a citation for Disorderly Conduct and is to appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on April 7, 2020, to answer to the charge. Kaleb Sherman, 38, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Carbone On February 28th, 2020, at approximately 1700 hours, Officers from the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a retial theft complaint at a local business on Canal Street in Brattleboro. After an investigation it was found that Kaleb Sherman, age 38 of Brattleboro, had committed the theft. On March 15 Officers were able to locate Sherman and arrest him. Sherman was cited to appear in the Windham County Superior Court; Criminal Division on April 28, 2020, at 800 hours to answer to the charge of retail theft. Debra Bemis, 4, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Busch On February 25, 2020 at approximately 1725 hours Officers of the Brattleboro Police Department were dispatched to a business on Main St. for a retail theft. Subsequent investigation showed that Debra M. Bemis 46 year old female from Brattleboro stole an item from the business. Bemis was later located and issued a citation for retail theft. Bemis is scheduled to appear in Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division on April 14, 2020 at 0800 hours to answer to the charge. Gregory Lahue, 27, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Busch On February 11, 2020 at approximately 2140 hours , Officers of the Brattleboro Police Department were dispatched to a fraud. Officers found evidence that Gregory A. Lahue, 27 of Brattleboro VT , took and used a debit card that did not belong to him. Lahue was issued a citation for False Pretenses or Tokens; Lahue is scheduled to appear in Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division on April, 14 2020 at 0800 hours to face the charge. Officer Penniman On 3/14/20 Brattleboro Police located Peter Andrew, a 50 year old male from Brattleboro. Andrew had been previously issued court ordered conditions of release not to have contact with several individuals. Police, while preparing for a previous search warrant, had developed probable cause that Andrew had contact with individuals that he had been ordered not to have contact with. Andrew was placed under arrest, and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department. There he was processed, and released on a citation for 4/28/20 to answer his charge. Bobby R. Officer Cunningham On March 12, 2020 officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a business on Flat Street, in the Town of Brattleboro, for a group of people smoking marijuana and drinking beer. Subsequent investigation revealed that Bobby Smith was acting disorderly when he made unreasonable noise and in a public place used abusive and obscene language multiple times. Smith was cited for Disorderly Conduct and will appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 04/28/2020 to answer to the charge. |
