Partyka, Tyler, J 26, of Brattleboro
On 4/25/2018 Brattleboro Officers conducted a motor vehicle stop on a vehicle for having multiple violations. While speaking with the operator, officers observed Tyler Partyka 26, of Brattleboro to be a passenger in the vehicle. They knew Partyka to have an Active Arrest Warrant. When he was asked his name he provided Officers with a false name. A records check confirmed that Partyka did in fact have an Active Warrant for his arrest. Partyka was placed under arrest and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department. He is being held on $3000.00 bail and is scheduled to appear in Windham County Superior Court on 4/25/2018 to answer to the charge
Lindvall, Calijah, 18, of Brattleboro VT
On April 23, 2018 Brattleboro Police responded to a public building on Putney Rd for the report of a violation of conditions of release. Through investigation it was determined Calijah Lindvall (9/4/1999) was with a 46 year old female and a 30 year old that he was court ordered not to have physical contact with. Lindvall was issued a citation ordering him to appear at the Windham County Superior Courthouse on 4/24/18 to answer to the charge.

On 04/19/2018 Brattleboro Police responded to a residence on Green Street in the Town of Brattleboro for the report of a possible death. Upon arrival it was determined that the male was indeed deceased. Investigation is ongoing, however the death does not appear to be suspicious and there is no evidence of foul play.
The decedent was identified as Nathaniel I. Kautz (33) of Brattleboro.
The investigation is being done in coordination with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
Brattleboro Fire Department, Rescue Inc., and the OCME assisted on scene.
Calijah Lindvall - 18 – Brattleboro
On April 21, 2018 Brattleboro Police were on footpatrol in the transportation center when they located Calijah Lindvall with a juvenile female who he had court ordered conditions not to have contact with. Lindvall was arrested and brought to the Brattleoro Police Department for processing. Lindvall was released on a citation to appear in court on April 23, 2018.
On April 25, 2018 Brattleboro Police responded to the area of 1020 Western Avenue for a pedestrian struck by a motor vehicle. When police arrived they found the suspect vehicle had left the scene. The pedestrian was treated by Rescue Inc. on the scene and released. Anyone with any information in reference to this is asked to Officer Lynde of the Brattleboro Police Department at 802-257-7950.
On 4/6/18 at around 8:00am Brattleboro patrol officers and detectives executed a search warrant at 125 Canal Street. This warrant was part of an ongoing investigation into several burglaries and thefts that have occurred in town over the past few weeks. Evidence and property was seized.
Several subjects were detained but no one was arrested at the time the warrant was served. The investigations continue and arrests are expected.
Approximately eight officers were involved in the execution of the warrant.
Steven Hunziker (DOB: 06/20/91)
Hunziker was sent to the Springfield Correctional Facility on 04/04/18 after Brattleboro Probation & Parole violated his probation due to a sexual assault allegation.
The Brattleboro Police Department and the Windham County Safe Place conducted a joint investigation. The Brattleboro Police Department filed a charging affidavit with the Windham County State's Attorney's Office for sexually assaulting a female adult.
Hunziker listed his place of residence as Brattleboro and is on Probation for a non-sexual related offense. Hunziker will be appearing at the Windham County Criminal Division Court House at a later date to answer the charge of Sexual Assault.
As of 04/12/18 Hunziker is being lodged at the Springfield Correctional Facility.

Jaymi Ferno, 35, of Brattleboro
On April 20 2018 officers of the Brattleboro Police Department were on patrol on Elliot St., and stopped a vehicle for an infraction on Pleasant St. Subsequent investigation revealed that Jaymi Ferno, the operator of the vehicle, was impaired. Ferno was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and then released with a citation. Ferno will appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on May 8 to face the charge.
Husseinzadeh, Adib H, 22, of Brattleboro VT
On April 19, 2018 Brattleboro Police responded to a residence on Elliot Street for the report of a fight that resulted in property damage. Through investigation it was determined that Adib Husseinzadeh threw a 60 year old male to the ground. Husseinzadeh was placed under arrest and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department for processing. Husseinzadeh was issued conditions and a citation ordering him to appear at the Windham County Superior Courthouse on 4/23/18 to answer to the charge.
