On June 24 2018 officers of the Brattleboro Police Department came into contact with Linda L. Wainwright at a residence on South Main St. Wainwright had an outstanding warrant out for her arrest. Wainwright was arrested and held in lieu of bail. Wainwright will appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on June 25 to face the underlying charges.
Joseph A. Pasquino, 33, of Brattleboro
On June 24 2018 officers of the Brattleboro Police Department were on patrol downtown when they encountered Joseph Pasquino. Pasquino had an active arrest warrant. Pasquino was placed under arrest and held in lieu of bail. Pasquino will appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on June 25 to face the underlying charges.

On June 24, 2018 at approximately 2:56pm. officers from the Brattleboro Police Department responded to Memorial Park for a report of a fight in progress with a possible gun and bat involved.
Officers arrived on scene to find both parties had left the area. Officers conducted a motor vehicle stop based on witness statements of an involved vehicle. Officers located 3 juveniles that had been involved in the altercation. A BB gun resembling a real gun was located in the vehicle along with several bats.
Officers learned that the altercation was caused by a road rage incident between the two parties. The juveniles were transported by parents to the Brattleboro Police Department where they were released on juvenile citations for disorderly conduct.
The juveniles are scheduled to appear in Windham County Superior Court Family Division at a later date.
The other subject involved in the altercation was not located. Anyone with information in regards this case is asked to call the Brattleboro Police Department
Kevin M. Cameron, 53, of Brattleboro
On June 21 2018 officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a medical facility on Belmont Ave for a disorderly subject. Subsequent investigation revealed that Kevin Cameron threatened staff. Cameron was issued a citation for Disorderly Conduct and released. Cameron will appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on July 31 to face the charge.
Royce, Andrea, D, 50, Townshend
On 05/18/18 at approximately 5:30 p.m. the Brattleboro Police responded to a local business parking lot for a vehicle being struck by a school bus. Upon investigation, it was determined the operator of the school bus, Andrea D. Royce, 50, of Townshend left the location without making contact with the owner of the damaged vehicle.
Royce was later interviewed about the incident and it was determined that Royce provided false information to an officer.
Royce was issued a citation for LSA and false information to an officer. Royce will appear at Windham Superior Court on 07/31/18 to face the charge.
On 6/11/18 at approximately 1542 hours Officers from the Brattleboro Police Dept, responded to the Brattleboro/ Dummerston Town line on Route 30 for a report of a multiple car motor vehicle accident. Members of the Brattleboro Fire Dept., Dummerston Fire department and Rescue Inc also responded to the scene.
After the initial investigation was conducted of the crash it was determined Eric Stoddard, 37, of Bellows Falls crossed the center line while traveling northbound striking a southbound vehicle. Stoddard's vehicle a 2014 Mazda was towed from the scene due to disabling damage. Stoddard declined medical attention.
The second operator was transported to the Brattleboro Memorial hospital for non life threatening injuries. The second vehicle, a 2011 Dodge pickup was also towed from the scene due to disabling damage.
Route 30 was completely shut down for just over an hour while the incident was being investigated. There are no criminal charges pending at this time.
On 06/19/18 at approximately 6:00 p.m. the Brattleboro Police responded to Rt. 9 near the Chesterfield line for a two motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed that Randall Adrich, 57, of Brattleboro was traveling west on Rt. 9 when he crossed the center line, striking a vehicle traveling eastbound operated by Michael J. Raposo of Freetown, Massachusetts. The roadway was closed for approximately one hour while debris were removed from the roadway.
Aldrich was transported to Brattleboro Memorial Hospital for non-life threatening injures. Raposo did not recieve significant injuries. Aldrich was issued tickets for driving with a suspended license and the marked lanes violation.
Brattleboro Fire and Rescue inc. assisted with the scene.
