Danielle Braverman, 33, of Brattleboro, VT
On July 25, 2019, at approximately 1956 hours, officers of the Brattleboro Police Department were dispatched to a residence on Fairview Street, for a report of a woman trying to remove children, that were not hers, from a vehicle. Subsequent investigation revealed that Danielle I. Braverman had attempted to take two children at a business on Main Street. Braverman had tried to remove the children’s restraints after their mother placed them in her vehicle. The mother was successful in fending off Braverman’s attempts.
Braverman was located later at a parking lot on Flat Street. Braverman was also found to be under the influence of alcohol, in violation of her court ordered conditions of release. Braverman was held in lieu of bail and will appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 07/26/2019 to answer to the charges.
Demian Wood, 36, of Brattleboro, VT
On July 25, 2019, at approximately 1506 hours, officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a report of Unlawful Trespass, at a business on Canal Street, in the Town of Brattleboro. Subsequent investigation revealed that Demian N. Wood had trespassed on private property, violating a previous trespass warning, when he entered the parking lot of that business on that day. Wood was cited for Unlawful Trespass and Unlawful Mischief and will appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on September 09, 2019 to answer to the charges.
Misbah Abdul-Kareem, 34, of Wilmington, VT
On 7/17/19 at approximately 11:55 AM Officers from the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a local grocery store for a report of a male subject sleeping on products. The complainant, reported the male had been previously trespassed from the business. Prior to arrival on scene the complainant reported the male had left the store on foot.
Officers located the male a short distance from the store. The male subject was identified as Misbah Abdul-Kareem of Wilmington VT. Abdul-Kareem admitted to having been inside the store. It was confirmed Abdul-Kareen had been served with a Trespass warning for the business on 12/24/18.
Abdul-Kareem was arrested and processed for the offense of Unlawful Trespass. Abdul-Kareem was released on citation to appear at the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division on 8/27/19 at 0800 hours.
Gina Taylor, 43, of MA
Elise Nuccio, 25, of Brattleboro, VT
On 7/15/19 Brattleboro Police located a vehicle that had been reported stolen. Located with the vehicle were Gina Taylor, a 43 year old female from MA, and Elise Nuccio, a 25 year old female from Brattleboro.
Both were placed under arrest, and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department. There they were processed, and released on citations for Operating without Owner’s Consent.
A search warrant was executed on the vehicle and Taylor’s belongings. The results of the warrant, along with further investigation, lead to Taylor also being charged with Grand Larceny, along with possession of Heroin. Nuccio was also charged with possession of heroin.
Both will appear at Windham County superior Court on 8/20/19 to answer their charges.
Janna Jarvis, 43, of Brattleboro, VT
On 07/07/2019 Brattleboro Police responded to the Brattleboro Retreat on a report of an unruly patient.
Through investigation it was determined that Janna R. Jarvis caused a disturbance inside the building causing this specific section of the building to be closed. Jarvis was placed under arrest and was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department for processing.
Jarvis was released on a citation to appear in court on 08/13/2019 at 8am.
Lynn Norman, 60, of Brattleboro, VT
On 07/22/2019 Brattleboro Police responded to a hotel on Canal Street for a report of a female subject trespassing.
Upon arrival, police met with Lynn S. Norman and it was discovered that she had been previously trespassed from the property and she was found to be in violation of her active conditions of release.
Norman was placed under arrest and was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department. Norman was held until deemed sober and was ordered to appear in court tomorrow, 07/23/2019, at 1230 pm.
Ernest Simuro, 75, of Brattleboro, VT
On April 30, 2019 Brattleboro Police were made aware of an incident that had occurred at an elementary school in Brattleboro. School officials told police that multiple students had reported inappropriate behavior by a substitute teacher in a fourth grade classroom. After a lengthy investigation police arrested Ernest Simuro for prohibited conduct. Simuro was cited to appear in court on August 20, 2019.
Kenneth Craig, 44, of Brattleboro, VT
On July 20 2019 officers of the Brattleboro Police Department were on foot patrol on Canal Street when they came across Kenneth Craig smoking crack cocaine. Subsequent investigation revealed that Craig was in possession of cocaine. Craig was issued with a citation, and will appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on August 27 to face the charge.
Lynn Norman, 60, of Brattleboro, VT
On July 20 2019 at approximately 1130 hours officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a residence on Generous Street for an intoxication complaint. Upon arrival officers found Lynn Norman, who was intoxicated in violation of her court-ordered conditions of release. Norman was issued a citation and released. Norman will appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on August 27 to face the charge of Contempt of Court.
Daniel Baldwin-Page, 20, of Brattleboro, VT
On 7/10/2019 at approximately 1624 Officers of the Brattleboro Police Department were dispatched to a complaint of a theft on Glen St. Subsequent investigation showed that Daniel Baldwin-Page Burglarized a house on Glen St. On 7/20/2019 at approximately 2200 hours, Daniel Baldwin-Page turned himself in to the Brattleboro Police. He was arrested and later released with a citation and conditions. Baldwin-Page will appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Divison on July 22nd 2019 to face the charge.
