Daniel Harmon, 61, of Brattleboro, VT
On 7/16/2020 at approximately 1430 hours the Brattleboro Police Department were at a local hotel on Putney Rd. investigating a separate incident. Daniel Harmon was suspected of committing a separate crime, and when questioned about if he had committed the crime Harmon agreed to a search of his person.
Upon searching Harmon it was found that he was in possession of 3 heroin bags. Harmon was issued a citation and is to appear at the Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 9/15/2020 at 0800 to face the charge.
Christopher Baxter, 31, of Brattleboro, VT
On 7/24/2020 at approximately 0643 hours the Brattleboro Police Department responded to Williams St. for a report of suspicious vehicle with several occupants.
Upon further investigation it was found that Christopher Baxter was the operator of the vehicle. Baxter consented to a search of his person and the vehicle. There were approximately 14 grams of crack cocaine found on Baxter, and 785 bags of heroin found in the vehicle.
Baxter was arrested and later released on a citation to appear at the Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 9/15/2020 at 0800 hours.
David Graham, 28, of Brattleboro, VT
On 7/23/2020 Officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a motel on South Street for a report of a citizen dispute. Officers interviewed several individuals who were at the Motel. Further investigation revealed that the victim had been assaulted by David M. Graham. No life threatening injuries were sustained.
Officers placed Graham under arrest and transported him back to the Brattleboro Police Department where he was processed. Graham was issued conditions of release but was held in lieu of bail. He was issued a flash citation to appear at the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division on 7/24/20 at 1230 hours.
Buck Mitchell, 28, of Brattleboro, VT
On 7/18/20 at approximately 11:53 PM Brattleboro Police initiated a vehicle stop on Canal Street in the area of Fairground Road. A passenger in the vehicle, Buck Mitchell, was later found to have a court ordered curfew between 7PM and 5AM. Mitchell was located again and issued a citation to appear in Windham Superior Court on 9/1/20 to answer to the charge.
Stacey Martin, 34, of Brattleboro, VT
On 7/18/20 at approximately 9:37 AM Brattleboro Police responded to a Canal Street business for a report of a female trespassing on the property.
Investigation revealed that Stacey Martin had previously been issued a trespass warning for the property which she subsequently violated. Martin was located off the property and issued a citation to appear in Windham Superior Court on 8/18/20 to answer to the charge of Unlawful Trespass.
Sean Wall, 46, of Hinsdale, NH
On 7/17/20, Brattleboro Police were on patrol when they came upon an active physical fight taking place on Canal St.
Police intervened, and Sean Wall, a 46 year old male from Hinsdale, NH fled the scene.
Investigation revealed that Wall was the aggressor in the altercation. A brief search took place in the downtown area, and Wall was eventually located and taken into custody.
Wall was found to be in possession of a misdemeanor amount of heroin / fentanyl.
Wall was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department. There he was processed, and released on court ordered conditions of release. Wall will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 7/20/20 to answer his charges.
There were no injuries.
Christopher Baxter, 30, of Brattleboro, VT
On 7/16/2020 at approximately 0805 hours the Brattleboro Police Department responded to Goodenough Rd. for a report of a male passed out in a vehicle that was still running. The vehicle was a 2020 Ram 1500 and the operator was Christopher Baxter. Baxter was found to be under the influence of narcotics while operating a motor vehicle.
Baxter was placed under arrest, and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department. Baxter was processed and released on a citation. Baxter is to appear at the Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 8/18/2020 to face the charge.
Erica Walker, 38, of Claremont, NH
On July 14, 2020 at approximately 9:15am the Brattleboro Police were dispatched to a possible domestic disturbance call at a local hotel on Putney rd. in Brattleboro. Officers arrived and found that Erica Walker age 38 of Claremont NH had committed the offenses of Unlawful Mischief and Disorderly conduct. Walker was issued a citation to appear at the Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division on August 18, 2020 at 8:00am.
Ashley Mahmood 28, of Brattleboro, VT
On July 13, 2020, at approximately 2112 hours, officers of the Brattleboro Police Department, responded to a call for trespassing at a business on Canal Street, in the Town of Brattleboro. Subsequent investigation revealed that Ashley Mahmood had violated a previous trespass warning, when she was found on the property that day. Mahmood was cited for Unlawful Trespass and will appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on August 18, 2020 to answer to the charge.
Theresa Levesque, 44, of NH
On 7/9/20 Brattleboro Police received a complaint that an individual sold them an iPad. The iPad, upon further investigation, was found to belong to Brattleboro Memorial Hospital.
Investigation revealed that Theresa Levesque, a 44 year old female from NH, had been in possession of the iPad, and had sold it to an individual.
Levesque was located, and issued a citation for Possession of Stolen Property. Levesque will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 8/18/20 to answer her charge.
