Rouleau, Harrison, E. 21 year old male of Brattleboro
Officer Kerylow On 11/29/2018 at approximately 7:00am Brattleboro Police responded to a shelter on South Main Street for a report that Harrison E. Rouleau had pulled a knife on another subject. Upon arrival, police met with Rouleau on South Main Street in front of the shelter. Rouleau admitted to brandishing the knife. Witnesses stated Rouleau brandished the knife and threatened numerous people with it. Rouleau was placed under arrest and was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department for processing. He was issued Conditions of Release, a citation to appear in court today at 1230pm and was held in lieu of $5,000 cash bail.

Jesse L. Johnson – 39 of Brattleboro
Officer Cable On 11/27/2018 officers of the Brattleboro Police Department received a report of a male subject harassing females in the area of the Brattleboro Transportation Center. Victims reported that the male subject would follow them around and call them cute or beautiful. At one point the male followed a victim to her vehicle. The male subject would either persist when asked to stop or become belligerent and swear at the victims. The subject was described as a white male, tall, with brown hair and facial hair. The subject was wearing a camouflage jacket and a yellow winter hat. The subject was later identified as Jesse L. Johnson (39 of Brattleboro). Johnson was arrested and transported to the police department for the incidents. Johnson was later released on court ordered conditions of release. Johnson was cited to appear in Windham Superior Court at a later date and time to answer to the charges of Disorderly Conduct and Aggravated Disorderly Conduct. Clayton T. Turner, 35, Homeless
Officer Cable On 11/28/2018 at approximately 8:40 PM officers of the Brattleboro Police Department received a tip that Clayton Turner, 35, was at a residence on Garfield Drive in Brattleboro. Police knew Turner to have outstanding warrants from both Vermont and New Hampshire. Turner was located and arrested. Turner was held without bail on a Vermont warrant and held on a concurrent $20,000 on the New Hampshire warrant. Turner is to be seen at Windham Superior Court at a later date and time to answer to the charge of Fugitive from Justice. Supernois, Thomas A. – 48 of Brattleboro
Olmsted, Stacy L. – 46 of Brattleboro Officer Cable On 11/21/2018 Officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a report of a male and female actively shoplifting from a local Putney Road business. Upon arrival officers met with employees who directed them to the subjects. The subjects were then identified as Thomas A. Supernois (48 of Brattleboro) and Stacy L. Olmsted (46 of Brattleboro). Supernois and Olmsted were both caught by employees taking items from the store and leaving without paying. During the incident Supernois became belligerent and threatened to assault an employee at least twice. Officers also learned that Supernois and Olmsted had previously been issued trespass warnings for the business stemming from a prior theft incident. Supernois was arrested on scene. A search of Supernois revealed more stolen items from a second Putney Road business. Supernois was later released on a citation to answer to the charges of Retail Theft, Unlawful Trespass and Disorderly Conduct. Olmsted was issued a citation on scene and released to answer to the charges of Retail Theft and Unlawful Trespass. LT Warner
The Town of Brattleboro would like to remind everyone that the snow emergency ban is in effect. Snow and ice will be removed from the parking lots in the downtown area this evening. Parked vehicles in the downtown parking lots must be removed by 1:00am or they will be towed at the owner’s expense. If vehicles are going to remain in Town overnight they should park in the Brattleboro Transportation Center. If you use the Transportation Center, do not park in a Reserved Permit space without a permit. Officer Penniman On 11/24/18 Brattleboro Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rt. 30 for a motor vehicle infraction. The operator, Victoria K. Voydatch, a 38 year old female from Dunbarton, NH, was found to have an extraditable warrant out of NH. Voydatch was placed under arrest, and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department. There she was held in lieu of $10,000.00. Voydatch will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 11/26/18 to answer her charge. McDurfee, Douglas A., 53, Brattleboro
Officer Cooke On October 26, 2018 the Brattleboro Police Department located Douglas McDurfee, 53, of Brattleboro in the stairwell of the Brattleboro Transportation Center. McDurfee was found to be in Possession of Crack Cocaine and was in Possession of a Depressant and was subsequently arrested. McDurfee was released on a citation to appear at the Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division to answer to the above charges. Gallo Jr., Michael A., 37, Guilford, VT
Officer Cooke On October 23, 2018 the Brattleboro Police Department arrested Michael Gallo Jr., 37, of Guilford, VT for Burglary and Possession of a Depressant. Gallo was located after a business owner called 911 to advise that somebody was taking items from their business. Gallo was stopped on Canal St and found to be in possession of the items. Gallo was also found to be in possession of a depressant. Gallo was released on a citation to appear at the Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division at a later date to answer to the above charges. Carrasquillo, Michelle, A. 36 of Brattleboro VT
Officer Winkler On November 22, 2018 officers from the Brattleboro Police Department responded to Black Mountain Road for a report of Michelle Carrasquillo attempting to hit someone with her vehicle. Upon arrival officers made contact with Carrasquillo who then fled to a residence on Crescent Drive. Investigation revealed that Carrasquillo drove her vehicle in a Grossly Negligent manor, as well as placing the victim in fear for their safety. No one was injured during this incident. Carrasquillo was arrested and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department. Carrasquillo was held on $5,000 bail. Carrasquillo is scheduled to appear in Windham Superior Court: Criminal Division on November 26th to answer for her charges. Trudy Fleming, 70, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Emery On 10/09/18, the Brattleboro Police Department took a report of a possible stalking order violation. After investigation, it was discovered that Trudy Fleming, 70, of Brattleboro had violated a stalking order set in place by the Court. Fleming was issued a citation to appear at Windham County Superior Court, Criminal Division on 12/18/18 to answer to this charge. |
