Sgt Cable On 11/15/2022 at approximately 12:16 PM Brattleboro Police took a report of a trespassing violation that occurred at a South Main Street location. Investigation showed the Anton Lutz Jr had returned to a location in which he had previously been issued a trespass warning for. Lutz was later located and issued a citation to appear in Windham Superior Court on 12/27/2022 at 8 AM to answer to the charge of Unlawful Trespass. Jason P. Noury, 46, Brattleboro, VT
Ofc Morris On November 17, 2022 at approximately 1228 hours. Officers from the Brattleboro Police Department were dispatched to a business on Canal St. for a retail theft and trespassing complaint. After an investigation it was determined that Jason P. Noury age 46 of Brattleboro committed the offenses of Retail Theft and Unlawful Trespass. Noury was located and the stolen merchandise was recovered. Noury was released on a citation to appear at the Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division on December 27, 2022 at 0800 hours. Sgt Cable On 11/16/2022 at approximately 7:25 AM Brattleboro Police responded to a report of a family dispute that had just occurred at a residence on Fairground Rd. Investigation showed that Jordan Gundry had assaulted a female subject. The female sustained non-lifethreatening injuries. Gundry was arrested and later released on court ordered conditions. Gundry was issued a citation to appear in Windham Superior Court on 11/17/22 to answer to the charge of Domestic Assault. Sgt Eaton On 11/15/22 at approximately 1559 hours Officers from the Brattleboro Police Department responded to Brattleboro Memorial Hospital for a reported assault. Subsequent investigation revealed that Ronnie L. Thompson Jr. of Brattleboro had struck a couple people causing them pain. Thompson was arrested and held on bail. He is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court criminal division on 11/16/22. Det. Sgt. Lynde During the last week of September it was reported that multiple students overdosed at the Brattleboro Union High School. After an investigation took place Brattleboro Police arrested a 14 year old juvenile for Sales of a regulated drug. The juvenile was cited to family court for November 3, 2022. Sgt Cable On 10/31/2022 at approximately 3:25 AM Brattleboro Police received a call for a theft from a business on Canal Street. After the suspect was identified as Joshua Majett-Garcia, he was located and it was determined that he had an active extraditable arrest warrant from New Hampshire. Majett-Garcia was arrested and held pending arraignment at Windham Superior Court to answer to the charge of Fugitive from Justice. Sgt Cable On 9/26/2022 at 12:49 PM Brattleboro Police received a report of a theft from a local business on Putney Road. Investigation led to the arrest of Travis Caviola who was identified in surveillance video and by a witness. Caviola was issued a citation to appear at Windham Superior Court on 11/29/2022 to answer to the charge of Grand Larceny. Sgt Cable On 7/25/2022 at approximately 10:15 AM Brattleboro Police took a report of a stolen vehicle from Main Street. The vehicle was located, but a wallet was stolen from the vehicle. Furthermore, fraudulent charges had been made on the male victim’s debit card. Through investigation it was determined that Jeremiah Ferland had made multiple fraudulent charges on the victim’s debit card. Ferland was later located and issued a citation to appear in Windham Superior Court on 11/22/2022 to answer to the charge of False Pretenses. Ofc Washburn On October 6, 2022 at approximately 8:47am. Officers from the Brattleboro Police Department were dispatch to a residence on South Main St. for a theft complaint. Officers arrived and after an investigation it was determined that Anton Lutz Jr. age 28 of Brattleboro committed the offense of Petit Larceny. Lutz was located several days later and was issued a citation to appear at the Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division on November 22, 2022 at 8:00am. Sgt Cable On 9/27/2022 at approximately 6:17 PM Brattleboro Police responded to a residence on Birge Street for a report of an assault. Subsequent investigation showed that Asia Gillard assaulted another female subject who was known to her. The female victim sustained non-lifethreatening injuries. Gillard was later located and issued a citation to appear in Windham Superior Court on 11/8/2022 to answer to the charge of Simple Assault.
