Unlawful Trespass into an Occupied Dwelling, Disorderly Conduct, Assault on LEO/bodily fluids

On 1/19/2021 at approximately 2052 hours officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a residence on Elm Street for a report of 4 people fighting. Officers arrived on scene and eventually located all 4 subjects. It was discovered that Shawn M. Hildreth and Ashley L. Watson had entered into a residence that they were not priviledged to. Hildreth and Watson were involved in an altercation with the two victims which resulted in a disturbance in a public place. During the process of arresting Hildreth, he spit on one of the officers. Hildreth and Watson were both placed under and arrest and transported the the Brattleboro Police Department. Hildreth and Watson were both issued conditions of release and held in lieu of bail. They were both transported to the Southern State Correctional Facility. They are scheduled to appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on January 20, 2021 to face the charges.

Kevin Dennehey, 56, of Brattleboro, VT

​On December 07, 2020 officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a business on Canal Street, in the Town of Brattleboro, for a report of a assaultive male. Subsequent investigation revealed that Kevin Dennehey caused a female to fear for her life when she would not give him money or provide him a ride. Dennehey then chased the female back into the business where he was stopped by security and staff.

Dennehey was told to leave the property many times and refused. Dennehey also engaged in violent behavior when he pushed and pulled at gear of the staff members while they were protecting the female. The staff members also had to shield other co-workers from Dennehey when they were entering and exiting the building.

Dennehey was cited for Simple Assault, Aggravated Disorderly Conduct, Disorderly Conduct, Unlawful Trespass and will appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 12/08/2020 to answer to the charges.

Kevin Dennehey, 56, of Brattleboro, VT

On December 7 2020 at approximately 0300 hours Kevin M. Dennehey, who had been given shelter in the lobby of the Brattleboro Police Department, went into the Police Only section of the parking lot. Dennehey refused to leave and became disorderly when instructed to by officers on duty.

Dennehey was arrested for Unlawful Trespass and Disorderly Conduct, and was resistant with officers taking him into custody. Dennehey was held in lieu of bail, and is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham County Criminal Division on December 7 at 1230 hours to face the charges of Unlawful Trespass, Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting Arrest.

Bobby Smith, 50, of Brattleboro, VT

On 12/4/20 at approximately 2:30 PM Officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a local grocery store for a report of a trespassing violation. The complainant, a store employee reported Bobby R. Smith was on the property and had previously been trespassed.
 
 A records check confirmed Smith had a active trespass for the business. Smith left the store prior to police arrival but was later located at his residence. Smith was issued a citation to appear at the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division on 1/19/2021

On November 28, 2020, at approximately 1708 hours, officers of the Brattleboro Police Department were dispatched to a residence on Reservoir Road, in the Town of Brattleboro, for a report of trespassing. Subsequent investigation revealed that Charles Vinson had violated a previous trespass warning, when he was found on the property that day. Vinson was cited for Unlawful Trespass and will appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on December 08, 2020 for the charge.

Elise Nuccio, 26, of Brattleboro, VT

On November 20, 2020 at approximately 2057 hours, Officers of the Brattleboro Police Department were dispatched to a business on Marlboro Road, for a report of theft. Subsequent investigation revealed Elise Nuccio stole over 77 dollars worth of merchandise from the store. Nuccio fled the scene and went to a business on Canal Street. Nuccio also violated her conditions of release and was trespassing when she went to the business on Canal Street that day. Nuccio was arrested and will appear in Windham County Superior Court on December 15, 2020 to answer to her charges.

Brenda Graves, 38, of Brattleboro, VT

On 11/6/20 Brattleboro Police responded to a business on Canal St. for a report of Brenda Graves, a 38 year old female from Brattleboro, trespassing at the business.

Upon arrival Police located Graves exiting the establishment.

​Graves was issued a citation for Unlawful Trespass. Graves will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 12/15/20 to answer her charge.

Elise Nuccio, 26, of Brattleboro, VT

On 11/1/20 Brattleboro Police responded to a business on Canal St. for a trespassing complaint.

Upon arrival officers made contact with Elise Nuccio, a 26 year old female from Brattleboro. Nuccio was on the property, and had previously been trespassed from the property. Furthermore, Nuccio had court ordered conditions of release forbidding her from being on the property, and also had an active VT warrant for trespassing charges.

Nuccio was placed under arrest, and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department. There, due to the warrant being a cite and release warrant, Nuccio was processed for her offenses, and released.

Nuccio will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 11/3/20 to answer her charges.

Amirr Martin, 18, of New York, NY

On 11/1/2020 Brattleboro Police responded to Central Dispatch for a disorderly female subject, Amirr Martin, causing a disruption to emergency services dispatchers.  Investigation revealed that Martin had also placed multiple phone calls over a short period of time to another person, causing a disruption to their work.  Martin was ordered by police to leave but refused.  Martin resisted being taken into custody and was subsequently held in lieu of $200 bail.  Martin was ordered to appear in Windham Superior Court on 11/2/2020 to answer to the charges of Disorderly Conduct, Disorderly Conduct by Electronic Means, Unlawful Trespass and Resisting Arrest.

On October 19, 2020 at approximately 2026 hours, while conducting a search warrant at a business on Canal Street, officers of the Brattleboro Police Department found a female on the property that was previously trespassed. Subsequent investigation revealed Elise Nuccio violated her conditions of release and was trespassing when she was found on the property that day. Nuccio was arrested and will appear in Windham County Superior Court on October 27, 2020 to answer to her charges.
