Taylor, Gina, M. 43 year old female from Brattleboro
On 05/15/2019 Brattleboro Police responded to a business on Main Street for a theft and trespassing complaint. Upon arrival, Police spoke with employees and were told that Gina M. Taylor was in the business earlier in the day and stole multiple items. It was also discovered that Taylor had been previously trespassed from the location. Taylor was located at a later date and was issued justice alternatives paperwork and a citation to appear in court on 07/30/2019 at 8 am.
Norman, Lynn, S, 60, of Brattleboro, VT
On 05/28/19, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a business on Canal St for a report of a female that was trespassing. After a brief investigation, Lynn S. Norman, 60, of Brattleboro was located and taken into custody. Norman was found to be intoxicated which is a violation of Court ordered conditons to not consume alcohol. She will appear in Windham County Superior Court, Criminal Division on 05/31/19 to answer to these charges.
Hoth, Tadros – 29 – Brattleboro, VT
On 5/26/2019 at approximately 2052 hours Officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to an area off of Main Street for a report of a verbal argument that was escalating. Upon arrival to the area, officers located one of the subjects on Elliot Steet. He was identified as Tadros Hoth (29, of Brattleboro). Further investigation revealed that Hoth had started the altercation and had a previous trespass warning from the location where the incident had occurred. Hoth was issued a citation for Unlawful Trespass and Disorderly Conduct and released. He is scheduled to appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on July 9, 2019 to face the charges.
Bradbury, Jennifer, A. 34 year old female from Brattleboro
On 05/12/2019 Brattleboro Police responded to a residence on Cooke Road for a report of a possible burglary.
Through investigation it was discovered that Jennifer A. Bradbury had entered the residence without permission and assaulted a 65 year old female. The female was not treated for injuries.
Bradbury was located, placed under arrest and was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department for processing. Bradbury was released on conditions or release and a citation to appear in court tomorrow, 05/13/2019, to answer the charges.
Boyd, Kayla A. 23 of Brattleboro
On 4/22/19 at approximately 1257 hours Officers from the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a local business for a report of a disorderly female subject. It was reported the female had fled the business prior to police arrival.
Upon arrival I made contact with staff who advised they were closed for business. There were multiple signs on the front door noting business hours and that they were closed. The female, identified by witnesses as Kayla Boyd 23 of Brattleboro, entered the premises and started making threats to the staff. Boyd was directed to leave several times, and refused to do so.
After entering the back portion of the business, and retrieving property she left the business, not making payment for the services rendered. Boyd was located on 4/26/19 and issued a trespass warning for the business and a citation to appear at the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division on 6/4/19 at 0800 hours.
Rodney Lumbra, 58, of Brattleboro, VT
On April 24, 2019 Officers from the Brattleboro Police Department conducted a directed foot patrol at the Brattleboro Transportation Center 77 Flat St. Rodney A. Lumbra age 58 of Brattleboro was located at the Transportation Center. Lumbra had an active no trespass order for this location. Lumbra was arrested and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department for processing. Lumbra was fingerprinted and photographed and released on citation. Lumbra is scheduled to appear in Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division on June 4, 2019 at 8:00am.
Keith Harvey, 52, of Brattleboro, VT
On 4/24/19 at approximately 1523hrs, Officers encountered Keith A. Harvey at the Brattleboro Transportation Center. Harvey was found to be in violation of court ordered conditions of release, a trespass order, and an abuse prevention order. Harvey was arrested and will appear in Windham Superior Court on 4/25/19 to face the charges.
Vanessa Mack, 37, of Brattleboro, VT
On 4/22/19 at approximately 0951 hours officers of the Brattleboro Police Dept responded to a local hotel in reference to a trespassing complaint. It was reported Vanessa Mack was on the property and she had been previously trespassed. Dispatch confirmed the trespass warning had been served.
Upon arrival to the area, Officers located Mack walking down Putney Rd. Mack flagged down officers and spoke with them about the incident. After the initial investigation it was found she had been on the property to retrieve some of her personal items.
Mack was transported to the Brattleboro Police station where she was fingerprinted and photographed. Mack was released on citation to appear at the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division on 5/28/19 at 0800 hours.
Rodney Lumbra, 58, of Brattleboro, VT
On 04/01/2019 Brattleboro Police arrested Rodney A. Lumbra for trespassing at the Brattleboro Transportation Center. Lumbra was also found to be in possession of fentanyl.
Lumbra was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department for processing. He was released with a citation to appear in court on 05/07/2019.
Patricia Williams, 54, of Brattleboro, VT
On 03/21/2019 Brattleboro Police responded to a business on Main Street for a trespassing complaint. Staff members of the business reported that Patricia M. Williams had slept in the vestibule area of the business over night. Williams had been previously trespassed from the business.
Williams was located at a later date and was issued a citation to appear in court on 05/14/2019.
