Scott Kent, 42, of Brattleboro, VT
On May 27, 2020, at approximately 1830 hours, officers of the Brattleboro Police Department, responded to call about a intoxicated male refusing to leave a residence on Western Avenue, in the Town of Brattleboro. Subsequent investigation revealed that Scott Kent was unlawfully trespassing on the property when he refused to leave.
While Kent was being escorted off the property, he yelled profanities at a female who was also on the property. Kent was cited for Unlawful Trespass and Aggravated Disorderly Conduct and will appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on July 28, 2020 to answer to the charges.

Lily Naha, 29, of Brattleboro, VT
On 5/24/2020 at approximately 1630 hours officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to Memorial Park Drive for a report of a physical dispute.
Officers received information that one of the subjects had left the scene in a vehicle and that the other subject could be reached by telephone. Further investigation revealed that Cherie M. Hine and Lily C. Naha had engaged in fighting behavior towards each other in a public place. No serious injuries were sustained during the altercation.
Hine and Naha were each issued a citation for Aggravated Disorderly Conduct, and released. They are scheduled to appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on July 28, 2020 to face the charge.

Katie Beam, 32, of Brattleboro, VT
On 12/14/2019 at approximately 3:17 PM, officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a report of three females fighting in a common area of an apartment building on Garlfield Drive.
Subsequent investigation revealed that Heidi Heger, Katie Beam, and one other female were yelling and fighting in the common area of the apartment building. Two of the females sustained some bruising and scratches from the injuries. One of the females was transported to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
The females were cited for Aggravated Disorderly Conduct and will appear in Windham County Superior Court: Cri 0minal Division on January 21, 2020 to answer to the charges.

On January 17, 2019 at approximately 1553 hours Officers of the Brattleboro Police Department were dispatched to a possible fight occurring on Elliot St. While en-route Officer’s were advised that the subjects had gone their separate ways. Following an investigation it was learned that AnnMarie Ford, 41, Richard Edick, 34, and Jayson Ford, 21, all of Brattleboro had chased after the victim after confronting the victim outside of an Elliot St residence. AnnMarie Ford, Richard Edick, and Jayson Ford were all issued citations for Aggrivated Disorderly Conduct to appear at the Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on February 26, 2019 at 0800 hours.
Jesse L. Johnson – 39 of Brattleboro
On 11/27/2018 officers of the Brattleboro Police Department received a report of a male subject harassing females in the area of the Brattleboro Transportation Center. Victims reported that the male subject would follow them around and call them cute or beautiful. At one point the male followed a victim to her vehicle. The male subject would either persist when asked to stop or become belligerent and swear at the victims.
The subject was described as a white male, tall, with brown hair and facial hair. The subject was wearing a camouflage jacket and a yellow winter hat. The subject was later identified as Jesse L. Johnson (39 of Brattleboro).
Johnson was arrested and transported to the police department for the incidents. Johnson was later released on court ordered conditions of release. Johnson was cited to appear in Windham Superior Court at a later date and time to answer to the charges of Disorderly Conduct and Aggravated Disorderly Conduct.
