Wilfred Belluscio, 32, of Acworth, NH
Officer Law On 1/15/2021 at approximately 0001 hours the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a residence on Carriage Hill Rd. for a report of a possible domestic assault. Upon further investigation it was found that Wilfred Belluscio had assaulted his significant other throughout the day on 1/14/2021. The victim did not seek medical attention and sustained non-life threatening injuries. While on scene with Belluscio he was causing a disturbance on Lawton Dr. Belluscio was placed under arrest for 2nd Degree Aggravated Domestic Assault, Disorderly Conduct, and later found that he had an active set of conditions of release. Belluscio was held in lieu of bail, and is to appear at the Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 1/15/2021 to face the charge.

Orin Knapp, 30, of Newfane, VT
Officer Penniman On 1/10/21 Brattleboro Police received a complaint in regards to Orin A. Knapp, a 30 year old male from Newfane. The complaint indicated the Knapp violated a Relief from Abuse order, along with Court ordered Conditions of Release. Investigation revealed that Knapp did in fact violate a Relief from Abuse order and Conditions of Release by making contact with a protected person. Knapp turned himself in to the Brattleboro Police Department on 1/11/21 for the above offenses. Knapp was processed, and released on a citation and Conditions of Release. Knapp will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 1/12/21 to answer his charges. Terri Carrington, 42, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Washburn On January 2, 2021 at approximately 8:02am Brattleboro Police Officers responded to a hotel on Putney rd. for a reported theft and assault that had taken place. Officers arrived and after an investigation it was determined that Terri Carrington age 42 of Brattleboro had committed the offenses of Simple Assault, Petit Larceny, and Violation of Conditions of release. Carrington was taken into custody and transported back to the Brattleboro Police Department for processing. Carrington was held on $200.00 bail and is scheduled to appear at the Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division on January 4, 2021 at 12:30pm. Cara Rodrigues, 30, of Wardsboro, VT
Officer Lockerby On December 29, 2020 at approximately 1716 hours officers of the Brattleboro Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop on Canal Street for a defective equipment violation. The operator was identified as Cara L. Rodrigues of Wardsboro, VT. Upon further investigation it was discovered that Rodrigues’s driver’s license was criminally suspended. It was also discovered that Rodrigues violated her court ordered conditions of release in that she operated a motor vehicle when she was ordered not to. Rodrigues was placed under arrest and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department where she was fingerprinted and photographed. Rodrigues was issued a citation for Criminal DLS and Violation of Conditions of Release and released. Rodrigues is scheduled to appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 2/2/2021 to face the charges. Cecelia Brooner, 23, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Lockerby On December 27, 2020 at approximately 1542 hours, officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a motel on Putney Road for a threatening complaint. Subsequent investigation revealed that Cecelia M. Brooner violated her court ordered conditions of release in that she had contact with a male that she was not allowed to. Brooner was placed under arrest and was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department where she was processed, temporarily lodged, issued a citation and conditions and released. Brooner was ordered to appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 12/28/20 to answer to the charge. Kevin Dennehey, 56, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Law On 12/5/2020 at approximately 1042 hours the Brattleboro Police responded to a residence on Lawton Dr. for a report of a possible family fight. Upon arrival it was found that Kevin Dennehey was being verbally aggressive and harassing his partner. Dennehey had a set of active conditions, which included that he was not allowed to abuse or harass his partner in any way. Dennehey was placed under arrest and later released on a citation and conditions of release. Dennehey is to appear at the Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 12/7/2020 to face the charge. Michelle Carrasquillo, 38, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Carbone On November 3, 2020, Officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a hotel on Canal Street for reports of Violation of Conditions of Release. Upon arrival to the hotel, Officers spoke with the complainant who stated that Michelle A. Carrasquillo – a 38-year-old female from Brattleboro – had been sending threatening text messages in violation of her court ordered conditions of release. Carrasquillo was located on Linden Street in Brattleboro and subsequently placed under arrest for Contempt of Court. Carrasquillo was released on conditions and cited to appear in the Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on November 4, 2020, to answer to the charge. Elise Nuccio, 26, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Cunningham On November 20, 2020 at approximately 2057 hours, Officers of the Brattleboro Police Department were dispatched to a business on Marlboro Road, for a report of theft. Subsequent investigation revealed Elise Nuccio stole over 77 dollars worth of merchandise from the store. Nuccio fled the scene and went to a business on Canal Street. Nuccio also violated her conditions of release and was trespassing when she went to the business on Canal Street that day. Nuccio was arrested and will appear in Windham County Superior Court on December 15, 2020 to answer to her charges. Timothy Destromp, 53, of Brattleboro, VT
Det. Kerylow On 11/13/2020 Brattleboro Police arrested Timothy J. Destromp for violating his court ordered conditions of release. Through investigation it was discovered that Destromp had contact with a female subject which was prohibited per his conditions of release. Destromp was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department where he was fingerprinted, photographed, held on $200 cash bail, issued conditions of release and was ordered to appear in court on Monday, 11/16/2020, at 1230 PM. Christopher Baxter, 31, of Brattleboro, VT
Sgt. Cable On 11/11/2020 at approximately 6:40 AM Brattleboro Police responded to a report of a suspicious male sleeping in a vehicle off Westgate Drive in Brattleboro. The male was identified as Christopher Baxter. Investigation revealed that Baxter was in possession of crack cocaine. A search incident to arrest yielded additional powder cocaine. Baxter was taken into custody and later released on court ordered conditions and to appear in court on 11/12/2020 at 12:30 PM to answer to the charges of Possession of Cocaine and Criminal Contempt. |
