Anthony Wilson, 42, of Brattleboro, VT
On 11/25/2019 Brattleboro Police arrested Anthony T. Wilson for sales of cocaine and Wilson was found to have cocaine on his person during the arrest. Wilson was also found in contempt of his court ordered conditions of release.
Wilson was placed under arrest and was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department for processing. Wilson was issued a citation to appear in court on 12/31/2019 at 8am.
Terry Lambert, 23, of Westminster, VT
On 11/23/2019 officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a report of a citizen’s dispute at a business on Putney Road. Upon arrival the officers were able to identify Terry D. Lambert as being involved in the dispute. Subsequent investigation lead to the arrest of Lambert. A female was also identified as being involved in the dispute. Lambert had conditions to not have contact with the female. Lambert will appear in Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division on 11/25/2019 to answer to his charge.
Frederick Habich, 52, of Guilford, VT
On 11/23/2019 at approximately 4:20 PM officers of the Brattleboro Police conducted a motor vehicle stop in the parking lot of a Canal Street business. The operator of the motor vehicle was identified as Fredrick Habich. Habich was in possession of what the officer suspected to be cocaine which Habich then attempted to destroy before being removed from the vehicle. Habich subsequently resisted officers’ attempts to control him. Habich was arrested and held in lieu of $200 bail. Habich was ordered to appear in Windham Superior Court on 11/25/2019 to answer to the above charges.
Andrea Higley, 36. of Brattleboro, VT
On November 3, 2019 at approximately 2123 hours officers from the Brattleboro Police Department were dispatched to a residence on Birge St for a report of a theft. Investigation led to the identification of Andrea Higley, 36, of Brattleboro as the person who committed the theft. It was also learned that Higley had court ordered conditions not to have contact with the victim of the theft. Higley was located a short time later and issued a citation to appear at the Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on December 10, 2019 at 0800 hours to anwer to the charges of Petit Larceny and Violation of Conditions of Release.
Pamela S. Bostwick, 65, of Brattleboro, VT
On 11/6/19 at approximately 0845 hours Officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a local residential building for a report of a violation of conditions of release. The complainant reported a neighbor, Pamela Bostwick, was harassing him and has current conditions prohibiting her from doing so. A records check through dispatch confirmed Bostwick has active conditions prohibiting contact.
Upon arrival officers spoke with both parties. After the investigation was completed it was determined Bostwick had violated her conditions. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Brattleboro Police station where she was processed for the offense. Bostwick was released on citation to appear at the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division on 11/8/19 at 0800 hours.
Ryan Cobb, 25, of Brattleboro, VT
On 10/24/2019 at approximately 2347 hours officers of the Brattleboro Police Department were on patrol in the area of the Brattleboro parking garage. Officers made contact with the operator of a motor vehicle. The operator was identified as Ryan DL. Cobb.
Further investigation revealed that Cobb was under the influence of alcohol. It was also found that Cobb had a criminally suspended operator’s license and was violating his court ordered conditions to not operate a motor vehicle.
Cobb was placed under arrest and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department where he was processed and released. Cobb was issued a citation to appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 11/12/2019 to answer to the charges of Driving Under the Influence, Operating with a Criminally Suspended License, and Contempt of Court.
Matthew Brooks, 21, Brattleboro, VT
On August 30, 2019, officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded a residence on Main Street, in the Town of Brattleboro, for a late report of assault. Subsequent investigation revealed that Matthew Brooks had violated his conditions of release when he assaulted a male at the Brattleboro Transportation Center.
The male sustained minor injuries and declined treatment. Brooks was cited for Simple Assault and Violation Condition of Release. Brooks will appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 11/26/2019 to answer to the charges.
Cassandra Duff, 38, of Brattleboro, VT
On Ocotber 17, 2019 the Brattleboro Police Dept. received a complaint of a violation of condtions of release stemming from a Domestic Assault that had occurred two months prior in Brattleboro. After an initial investigation Cassandra Duff age 38 of Brattleboro was arrested and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department for processing. Duff was released on conditions and cited to appear in the Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division on October 18, 2019 at 12:30pm.
Seth Kellner, 39, of Brattleboro, Vt
On 9/6/19 Brattleboro Officers received a report that Seth Kellner, 39, of Brattleboro, was contacting a female in violation of his court ordered conditions. Subsequent investigation led to Sellner being arrested on 10/3/19 for Criminal Contmpt: Violation of Conditions of Release, 16 Counts. Kellner will appear in court on 10/4/19 to face the charge.
Bruce Lyman, 51, of Brattleboro, VT
On 9/28/19 at approximately 1405 hours Brattleboro Police responded to the are of Flat St. for a 911 call. Lyman Bruce called needing help, upon arrival Lyman was not located. Brattleboro Police searched the area further and found Lyman with a female. Lyman was to not have contact with the female. Lyman was arrested for a violation of conditions, he also had an active arrest warrant. Lyman is to appear at the Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 9/30/19 at 1230 hours to face the charge.
