Operating after suspension or revocation of license, of Court: Violation of Conditions of Release, Possession Cocaine, and Depressant, stimulant, and narcotic drugs
John Mudge, 42, of Brattleboro, VT
On April 01, 2021, Officers of the Brattleboro Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop on Vernon Street, in the town of Brattleboro, for defective equipment, failure to maintain lane, and failure to signal. The operator of the vehicle was identified as John D. Mudge Jr., a 42 year old male from Brattleboro, VT. Subsequent investigation revealed Mudge’s driver’s license was criminally suspended in Vermont, he was violating conditions of release by operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and he was in possession of cocaine and prescription medication that was not his. Mudge was given a new set of conditions of release, cited and released. Mudge will appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on April 02, 2021 to answer for the charges.
Alicia Simonds, 30, of Brattleboro, VT
On 3/27/21 Brattleboro Police conducted a motor vehicle stop due to several violations on I91S in the area of exit 3.
Upon speaking with the operator, Alicia Simonds, a 30 year old female residing in Brattleboro, officers observed indicators of impairment.
Further investigation lead to Simonds being placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI-Drugs.
Officers were also informed that Simonds currently had court ordered conditions of release prohibiting her from driving unless she had a valid operators license. Simonds license was suspended at the time of the incident.
Simonds was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department. There she was processed, and released on a citation for DUI and Contempt of Court. Simonds will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 4/13/21 to answer her charges.
Buck Mitchell, 29, of Brattleboro, VT
On 2/21/21 at approximately 0119 hours the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a residence on Putney Rd. for a trespassing complaint. The complainant stated that a male destroyed property and then left the area, possibly heading South.
Through further investigation it was found that the male was Buck Mitchell, and found that Mitchell had active sets of conditions of release. Mitchell had conditions not to be near the residence and also had a set of conditions with curfew. Mitchell was issued a citation and is to appear at the Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 4/13/2021 to face the charge.
Jonathan Hart, 25, of Brattleboro, VT
On 3/16/21 officers of the Brattleboro Police Department were patrolling Putney Rd. Officers conducted a traffic stop on a motor vehicle for an equipment violation. The vehicle pulled into a business on Putney Rd. The operator was identified as Jonathan Hart. The Officers noticed a large firearm in the vehicle during the traffic stop. Subsequent investigation revealed that Hart had an active warrant for his arrest, had conditions of release set by the court to not have possession of any firearms, and did not have a valid driver’s license. Hart was arrested and later released on a citation to appear in Windham County Superior Court on 3/17/21 for his warrant and 3/30/21 for being in possession of a firearm and operating a vehicle without a license.
Tyzor Greene, 20, of Townshend, VT
On March 8, 2021 the Brattleboro Police were dispatched to a business on Canal St. for a report of Violation of Conditions of release. Officers arrived and after an investigation it was determined that Tyzor Greene age 20 of Townshend VT had committed the offense of Contempt of Court. Greene was later located and released on a citation to appear at the Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division on April 27, 2021 at 8:00am.
Tadros Hoth, 31, of Brattleboro, VT
On 3/7/21 at approximately 12:51 AM Brattleboro Police received a 911 call from Tadros Hoth stating that a group of people had threatened him with a gun. Officers were in the immediate area from a prior incident and observing the actions of all subjects including Hoth. No threats or firearms were observed by officers. Hoth was then issued a citation to appear in Windham Superior Court on 4/13/21 at 0800 to answer to the charges of False Reports and Criminal Contempt.
Timothy Barbour, 57, of Brattleboro, VT
On March 3 2021 at approximately 1520 hours officers of the Brattleboro Police Department were on patrol on Putney Road and stopped a vehicle for an expired registration. Subsequent investigation revealed that the operator, Timothy P. Barbour, was criminally suspended and was in violation of a court-ordered 24 hour curfew.
Barbour was issued a citation and conditions and released. Barbour is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham County Criminal Division on March 4 at 1230 hours to face the charges of Driving with a Criminally Suspended License and Contempt of Court.
Misbah Adbul-Kareem, 35, of Wilmington, VT
On 2/28/21 officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a trespassing complainant at a residence on Southern Ave. Offices received a tip that Misbah Abdul-Kareem, a 35 year old male, was in the area trying to go through vehicles. Abdul-Kareem was located nearby. Abdul-Kareem was arrest for being in violation of his curfew set by the court, Unlawful Trespassing, and Possession of a controlled substance. Abdul-Kareem was held in lieu of bail and is scheduled to appear in Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division on 3/1/21 to answer to his charges.

Buck Mitchell, 29, Brattleboro, VT
On February 06, 2021 at approximately 0956 hours, officers of the Brattleboro Police Department were investigating a theft from a motor vehicle from a business on Putney Road. Subsequent investigation revealed Buck Mitchell violated his conditions of release by being out during his designated curfew hours.
On February 27, 2021 at approximately 0908 hours, Officer of the Brattleboro Police Department were dispatched to a welfare check on Mitchell. While responding to the welfare check, the officers were informed Mitchell may have in his possession stolen items from Chesterfield, New Hampshire. Subsequent investigation revealed Mitchell again violated his conditions of release by leaving Windham County, was in possession of stolen items, and stolen prescription medication. Mitchell was arrested and will appear in Windham County Superior Court on March 01, 2021 to answer to the charges
Misbah Abdul-Kareem, 35, of Wilmington, VT
On 2/20/21 officers from the Brattleboro Police Department located Misbah Abdul-Kareem, a 35 year old male from Wilmington, at a business on Canal St. in Brattleboro. Kareem was placed under arrest due to violating his court ordered curfew, and due to the fact that the Brattleboro Police Department had several pending charges for Kareem.
21BB0913 – Occurred on 2/11/21. Violation of Conditions of Release and Petit Larceny.
21BB01029 – Occurred 2/15/21. Violation of Conditions of Release and Unlawful Trespass.
21BB01034 – Occurred 2/15/21. Violation of Conditions of Release and Unlawful Trespass.
21BB01041 – Occurred 2/16/21. Violation of Conditions of Release and Petit Larceny.
21BB01168 – Occurred 2/20/21. Violation of Conditions of Release.
Kareem was held in lieu of bail. Kareem will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 2/22/21 to answer to the above charges, except for 21BB01041, which he will appear on 3/30/21 to answer for.
