Chester Young, 82, of Chesterfield, NH
On 9/12/21 Brattleboro Police conducted a motor vehicle stop due to traffic violations, along with suspicion that the operator, Chester Young, was violating his Court Ordered Conditions of Release.
Police verified that Young was in contact with a female that he was not allowed to have contact with.
Young was issued a citation for Contempt of Court. Young will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 9/21/21 to answer his charge.
Keith Rowley, 22, of Greenfield, MA
On 8/28/21 at approximately 0943 hours the Brattleboro Police Department received a complaint at a residence on Deep Wood Dr. It was reported Keith Rowley was at the residence and had gotten into an argument with a female.
It was found that Rowley had an active set of conditions which stated that he was not allowed contact with the female. Further investigation revealed that Rowley was in contact with the female. Rowley was placed under arrest and later released on conditions of release and is to appear at the Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 8/30/21.
Tadros Hoth, 31, of Brattleboro, VT
On July 31, 2021, Officers of the Brattleboro Police Department located Tadros K Hoth on Elliot Street in violation of his Court Ordered Conditions of Release. Hoth was located on a later date and issued a citation for criminal court. Hoth is to appear in the Windham County Superior Court; Criminal Division on October 5, 2021, to answer to the charge.

Jake Tarpley, 32, of Brattleboro, VT
On August 20, 2021 at approximately 1857 hours officer’s were dispatched to a physical altercation occurring in a restaurant parking lot on Putney Rd. Upon arrival officer’s learned that a subject, later identified as Jake Tarpley, 32, of Brattleboro, had engaged in a fight with a subject in the parking lot then fled. At approximately 2210 hours, Tarpley was located on Clark Ave. During that interaction Tarpley fled on foot and resisted arrest. Ultimately, Tarpley was arrested and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department where he was lodged. The court was contacted and they ordered conditions of release and ordered Tarpley be held on $200 bail. Tarpley will appear at the Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on August 23, 2021 at 1230 hours.
Christopher Baxter, 32, of Brattleboro, VT
On 08/04/2021 Brattleboro police conducted a motor vehicle stop due to the suspicion that the operator had a suspended drivers license. The operator identified as Christoper Baxter was found to have a suspended license.
Further investigation revealed that Baxter had court ordered conditions of release barring him from operating a vehicle unless he had a valid license.
Baxter was placed under arrest and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department. There he was processed and released on a citation. Baxter will appear at Windham County Superior Court at a later date to answer his charge.
Jennifer Wilcox, 37, of Brattleboro, VT
On July 22 2021 at approximately 2100 hours officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a residence on Canal Street for a trespassing complaint. Subsequent investigation revealed that the complainant, Jennifer Wilcox, had violated her conditions of release by being in contact with a person with whom she was forbidden contact.
Wilcox was later located and arrested, and then released with a citation. Wilcox is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham County Criminal Division on August 17 at 0800 hours to face the charge of Contempt of Court.
Kenneth Ganem, 65, of Brattleboro, VT
On July 27, 2021 at approximately 3:13pm. the Brattleboro Police were dispatched to the area of the Whetstone walkway for an assault that had just occurred. Officers arrived and after an investigation it was determined Kenneth Ganem age 65 of Brattleboro committed the offenses of Simple Assault, Disorderly Conduct, and Violation of Conditions of release. Ganem was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department for processing. Ganem was ordered held on $200.00. and was cited to appear at the Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division on July 28, 2021 at 12:30pm.
Jordan Davis, 26, of Hinsdale, NH
On 5/30/2021 at 4:34 AM Brattleboro Police received a call for a male subject refusing to leave a residence on Wilsons Woods Road in the Town of Brattleboro. Subsequent investigation showed that Jordan Davis was invited into the residence, however refused to leave after being told to leave multiple times. Davis was arrested and later released with a citation and conditions of release. Davis is to appear in Windham Superior Court on 6/1/2021 to answer to the charges of Unlawful Trespass and Criminal Contempt.
Peggy Strobeck, 36, of Brattleboro, VT

On 05/03/21, Brattleboro Police responded to a residence after receiving a report that Peggy M. Strobeck had violated her Court ordered conditions of release originating from a previous incident. Investigation revealed that Strobeck violated the Court order by placing herself within 300 feet of the residence.
Strobeck was later located, and issued a citation ordering her to appear in Windham County Superior Court on 06/22/21.
Timothy Destromp, 53, of Brattleboro, VT
On May 7, 2021 the Brattleboro Police were dispatched to a report of a restraining order violation and Violations of Conditions that occurred at a residence on Canal St. Officers arrived and after an investigation it was determined that Timothy Destromp age 53 of Brattleboro committed the offenses of Violation of Conditions and Violation of an Abuse Prevention Order.
Destromp was taken into custody and transported back to the Brattleboro Police Department for processing. Destromp was ordered held on $5,000.00 bail and lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility. Destromp is scheduled to appear at the Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division on May 10, 2021 at 12:30pm.
