Cara Rodrigues, 29, of Wardsboro, VT
Officer Lockerby On 6/19/2020 at approximately 1708 hours officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to Maple Street for a report of a two car motor vehicle crash. Further investigation revealed that Cara L. Rodrigues was operating a 2003 Toyota Camry when she crossed the yellow line and crashed into a 2013 Honda Odyssey. It was also discovered that Rodrigues was under the influence of alcohol and had a juvenile passenger in her vehicle. A section of Maple Street was closed down from approximately 1714 hours to approximately 1835 hours. The operator of the Honda Odyssey was transported to the Brattleboro Memorial Hospital for non-life threatening injuries. Rodrigues was placed under arrest, issued a citation and released. Rodrigues was ordered to appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 8/11/2020 to answer to the charges.

Jami-Leigh M. Webber, 28, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Lockerby On 4/25/2020 at approximately 1938 hours officers of the Brattleboro Police Department received information about a potential intoxicated driver in the area. The vehicle arrived at the Brattleboro Police Department where officers identified the operator as Jami-Leigh M. Webber. Further investigation revealed that Webber was under the influence of alcohol. It was also discovered that Webber had been operating the vehicle with 3 juvenile passengers all of which were under the age of 10. Webber was placed under arrest, issued a citation and released. Webber was ordered to appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 7/14/2020 to answer to the charges. Hendricks, Ethan. 39 Year Old Male from Brattleboro.
Officer Penniman On 6/21/19 at approximately 0110 hrsBrattleboro Police came across a female and her young child who were visibly in distress on Elliot St. The female had sustained moderate injuries. The child was not harmed. The female was transported to BMH for evaluation. Investigation revealed that Ethan Hendricks, a 39 year old male from Brattleboro, had assaulted the female at his residence. Hendricks was located on S. Main Street, arrested, and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department. There he was lodged, issued conditions of release, and issued a citation for 6/21/19 at 1230. Aurora Messier, F, 35, Brattleboro
Officer Vinton On 06/05/18 at approximately 7:00 p.m. the Brattleboro Police responded to a local housing develpement for a report of a juvenile that was left alone. Upon investigation, it was determined that Aurora F. Messier, 35, of Brattleboro left her six year old child unsupervised while she left to visit a local business. Messier was issued a citation for cruelty to a child and will appear at Windham Superior Court on 07/24/18 to face the charge. |
