Matthew Luttrull, 32, of Brattleboro, VT
On 11/28/2018 at approximately 6:33 PM officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a medical facility on Belmont Avenue for a report of a disorderly male subject.
Investigating officers learned that Matthew Luttrull (32 of Brattleboro) had engaged in fighting behavior with a male subject. The male was not injured. Luttrull was issued a citation to appear at court at a later date and time to answer to the charge of Disorderly Conduct.
Rouleau, Harrison, E. 21 year old male of Brattleboro
On 11/29/2018 at approximately 7:00am Brattleboro Police responded to a shelter on South Main Street for a report that Harrison E. Rouleau had pulled a knife on another subject.
Upon arrival, police met with Rouleau on South Main Street in front of the shelter. Rouleau admitted to brandishing the knife. Witnesses stated Rouleau brandished the knife and threatened numerous people with it.
Rouleau was placed under arrest and was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department for processing. He was issued Conditions of Release, a citation to appear in court today at 1230pm and was held in lieu of $5,000 cash bail.
Supernois, Thomas A. – 48 of Brattleboro
Olmsted, Stacy L. – 46 of Brattleboro
On 11/21/2018 Officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a report of a male and female actively shoplifting from a local Putney Road business. Upon arrival officers met with employees who directed them to the subjects.
The subjects were then identified as Thomas A. Supernois (48 of Brattleboro) and Stacy L. Olmsted (46 of Brattleboro). Supernois and Olmsted were both caught by employees taking items from the store and leaving without paying. During the incident Supernois became belligerent and threatened to assault an employee at least twice. Officers also learned that Supernois and Olmsted had previously been issued trespass warnings for the business stemming from a prior theft incident.
Supernois was arrested on scene. A search of Supernois revealed more stolen items from a second Putney Road business. Supernois was later released on a citation to answer to the charges of Retail Theft, Unlawful Trespass and Disorderly Conduct.
Olmsted was issued a citation on scene and released to answer to the charges of Retail Theft and Unlawful Trespass.
Tadros K. Hoth, 28, of Brattleboro, VT
On 11/14/18 at approximately 9:45 PM officer of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a local shelter for a report of a disorderly male subject. Upon arrival Officers spoke with staff and residents who reported a male subject had been acting aggressively and yelling at the residents. The male subject was identified as Tadros Hoth 28, of Brattleboro.
Hoth was removed from the property for the night and issued a citation to appear at the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division on 12/18/18 at 0800 hours.
Qadir N. Murray, 36, of Brattleboro, VT
On 11/17/18 at approximately 1516 hours officers from the Brattleboro Police Department were in contact with Qadir Murray on Fairground Road regarding an arrest warrant. Officers went to arrest Murray and a struggle insued. Murray was eventually arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Murray was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department where he was held in lieu of bail for his warrants. Murray was issued a citation to appear in Windam Superior Court: Criminal Division on 11/19/18 to answer for his charges.
Clough, Justin E. 39 of Brattleboro
On 121/16/18 at approximately 2339 hours Officers from the Brattleboro Police Department responded to the Brattleboro Memorial Hospital for a report of a disorderly patient who was assaulting staff.
Upon arrival I made contact with the disorderly patient who was identified as Justin E. Clough 39 of Brattleboro. Clough had since been escorted outside by security and had calmed down. It was reported Clough had been yelling and screaming profanities inside the ER and then became combative when asked to leave. Two members of the ER security staff reported minor injuries that did not require medical attention. No other patients or staff were injured.
Clough was transported to the Brattleboro Police station where he was processed for Disorderly Conduct and Assault x2. Clough was issued conditions of realease and ordered held on $200 bail. Clough was issued a citation to appear at the Windham Superior Court on 11/19/18 at 1200 hours
Robie Fish, 29, of Keene, NH
On 10/31/18 at approximately 10:34PM officers from the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a hotel on Putney Rd for a report of a physical altercation. It was reported that a male subject was banging on a hotel room door and then forced his way inside.
Upon arrival officers spoke with the male resident to the rented room who reported he had been struck in the neck by Robie Fish 29, of Keene NH causing pain. The male victim did not require medical attention for his injury.
Fish was arrested and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department where he was held on $200 Bail.
Possesion of Cocaine, Disorderly Conduct, Negligent Operation, Eluding, Resisting Arrest, Attempting to Escape
Chyquan Cupe, 21, of Hartford, CT
On 10/25/2018 at approx. 1800 hrs, Brattleboro Officers attempted to stop a vehicle on Canal Street which did not have its lights on. The operator jumped out of the vehicle without putting it into park and ran from Officers jumping over a fence into neighboring yards. Multiple Brattleboro units and Vermont State Police arrived on scene. A perimeter was set up and a search for the suspect was conducted. The suspect was never found. On 10/31/2018 at approximately 1830 hrs, a Brattleboro Officer on patrol, observed the suspect in the same general location and made contact with him. The suspect again attempted to run. Force was used to control the suspect. He was placed under arrest and was found to be in possession of cocaine. While handcuffed, the suspect attempted to escape. He was identified as Chyquan M Cupe 21, from Hartford CT. Cupe was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department where he was processed and ordered held on $2500 bail. He is scheduled to appear in Windham County Superior Court on 10/30/2018 to answer to the charges.
Second degree domestic assault, reckless endangerment, fourth degree arson, disorderly conduct and unlawful mischief.
Forrett, Jess N – 27 yr old male of Brattleboro
On October 28, 2018 at approximately 2229 hours, Brattleboro Police responded to a residence on Birge Street for a report of a fight. The investigation led officers to look for Jess Forrett, who was believed to still be in the area. Officers located Forrett hiding behind a nearby building on Canal Street. Forrett was taken into custody without incident. He was held on bail to appear in court on 10/29/18.
Clough, Justin E. 38 of Brattleboro
On 10/11/18 at approximately 5:45PM Officers from the Brattleboro Police Department responded to Main St for a report of an aggressive panhandler. Upon arrival to the area Officers spoke with one victim who reported “Justin” later identified as Justin Clough 38 of Brattleboro, was screaming profanities in his face and refused to go away when asked. Clough was also reported to be yelling and jumping at other pedestrians in the area.
Officers located Clough walking on Putney RD and he was arrested and transported to the Brattleboro Police station where he was processed for Disorderly Conduct. Clough was released on citation to appear at the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division on 11/20/18 at 0800 hours.
