Unlawful Trespass into an Occupied Dwelling, Disorderly Conduct, Assault on LEO/bodily fluids1/21/2021 Shawn Hildreth, 48, of Newport, VT
Ashley Watson, 34, of Guilford, VT Officer Lockerby On 1/19/2021 at approximately 2052 hours officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a residence on Elm Street for a report of 4 people fighting. Officers arrived on scene and eventually located all 4 subjects. It was discovered that Shawn M. Hildreth and Ashley L. Watson had entered into a residence that they were not priviledged to. Hildreth and Watson were involved in an altercation with the two victims which resulted in a disturbance in a public place. During the process of arresting Hildreth, he spit on one of the officers. Hildreth and Watson were both placed under and arrest and transported the the Brattleboro Police Department. Hildreth and Watson were both issued conditions of release and held in lieu of bail. They were both transported to the Southern State Correctional Facility. They are scheduled to appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on January 20, 2021 to face the charges.

Wilfred Belluscio, 32, of Acworth, NH
Officer Law On 1/15/2021 at approximately 0001 hours the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a residence on Carriage Hill Rd. for a report of a possible domestic assault. Upon further investigation it was found that Wilfred Belluscio had assaulted his significant other throughout the day on 1/14/2021. The victim did not seek medical attention and sustained non-life threatening injuries. While on scene with Belluscio he was causing a disturbance on Lawton Dr. Belluscio was placed under arrest for 2nd Degree Aggravated Domestic Assault, Disorderly Conduct, and later found that he had an active set of conditions of release. Belluscio was held in lieu of bail, and is to appear at the Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 1/15/2021 to face the charge. Corey Hale, 34, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Penniman On 12/24/20 Brattleboro Police responded to a residence on Landmark Hill Dr. for a report of a male; Corey Hale, a 34 year old male from Brattleboro, who was threatening a resident there after they caught him urinating in public. While in route, Police were then advised that Hale and another male were involved in a physical altercation in the parking lot. Officers arrived on scene, and Hale became physically aggressive towards officers. After an investigation, Hale was issued a citation for one count of Disorderly Conduct, and one count of Aggravated Disorderly Conduct. Hale will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 1/26/21 to answer his charges. Christopher Timmons, 25, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Llewelyn On 12/19/2020 Officers of the Brattleboro Police Department and Vermont State Police responded to a report of an assault at a residence on Upper Forest St. Upon arrival Officers saw many neighbors in the street and a victim needed help at a nearby home. The victim said Christopher Timmons was inside the home, is high on drugs, and is bleeding from an injury that was self-inflicted. Officers located Timmons in the residence and needed to use force to get him to become compliant. Timmons was taken to BMH where he was treated for non-life-threatening wounds. The victim in the case did not require medical attention. Timmons was later issued a citation to appear in Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division on 1/26/2021 to answer to the charges of DC, Resisting arrest, Simple Assault and Possession of LSD. Timmons was then released. Mitchell Garlick, 26, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Penniman On 12/12/20 Brattleboro Police responded to a residence on South Main St. for a disturbance in a parking lot. Upon arrival it was determined that Mitchell A. Garlick, a 26 year old male from Brattleboro, had destroyed another’s property, and acted in a disorderly manner. Garlick was issued a citation for Unlawful Mischief and Disorderly Conduct. Garlick will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 1/19/21 to answer his charges. Kevin Dennehey, 56, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Cunningham On December 07, 2020 officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a business on Canal Street, in the Town of Brattleboro, for a report of a assaultive male. Subsequent investigation revealed that Kevin Dennehey caused a female to fear for her life when she would not give him money or provide him a ride. Dennehey then chased the female back into the business where he was stopped by security and staff. Dennehey was told to leave the property many times and refused. Dennehey also engaged in violent behavior when he pushed and pulled at gear of the staff members while they were protecting the female. The staff members also had to shield other co-workers from Dennehey when they were entering and exiting the building. Dennehey was cited for Simple Assault, Aggravated Disorderly Conduct, Disorderly Conduct, Unlawful Trespass and will appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 12/08/2020 to answer to the charges. Officer Fletcher On 12/7/20 at approximately 10:00 AM officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a business on Marlboro Rd for a report of a disorderly subject. The complainant reported a male subject was yelling in the parking lot. Upon arrival the complainant advised several customers had made complaints about the male who was no longer on scene. The business requested the male be trespassed from the property. The male was located walking down Marlboro Rd and identified as Ralph W. Reed of Brattleboro. Reed was issued a trespass for the business and a citation to appear at the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division on 1/19/2021. Kevin Dennehey, 56, of Brattleboro, VT
Sgt. Hamilton On December 7 2020 at approximately 0300 hours Kevin M. Dennehey, who had been given shelter in the lobby of the Brattleboro Police Department, went into the Police Only section of the parking lot. Dennehey refused to leave and became disorderly when instructed to by officers on duty. Dennehey was arrested for Unlawful Trespass and Disorderly Conduct, and was resistant with officers taking him into custody. Dennehey was held in lieu of bail, and is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham County Criminal Division on December 7 at 1230 hours to face the charges of Unlawful Trespass, Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting Arrest. Amirr Martin, 18, of New York, NY
Sgt. Cable On 11/1/2020 Brattleboro Police responded to Central Dispatch for a disorderly female subject, Amirr Martin, causing a disruption to emergency services dispatchers. Investigation revealed that Martin had also placed multiple phone calls over a short period of time to another person, causing a disruption to their work. Martin was ordered by police to leave but refused. Martin resisted being taken into custody and was subsequently held in lieu of $200 bail. Martin was ordered to appear in Windham Superior Court on 11/2/2020 to answer to the charges of Disorderly Conduct, Disorderly Conduct by Electronic Means, Unlawful Trespass and Resisting Arrest. Omi Perez, 36, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Fletcher On 10/27/2020 at approximately 6:00 AM, Officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a residence for a report of a disorderly male subject. The complainant reported the male, later identified as Omi Perez, kicked in the back door and was currently outside screaming. Upon arrival officers spoke with several witnesses, some of whom had been woken up by the commotion. Perez was no longer in the area. The rear door of the apartment was found to have sustained minor damage but was still secure. Perez had not gained entry into the residence or harmed any of the occupants Perez was later located and taken into custody. He was processed for the offenses and released on conditions and a citation to appear at the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division on 10/28/2020 at 8:00 AM. |
