Hoth, Tadros 29 of Brattleboro
Cross, Edwin 52 of Brattleboro
On 2/8/19 at approximately 4:22 PM Brattleboro Police Department responded to S. Main St. for a report of a physical fight. Upon arrival both parties had been separated and neither party needed medical attention.
Upon further investigation it was found that Tadros Hoth and Edwin Cross had a verbal argument that had turned into a physical altercation. Hoth and Cross had this altercation in a public area.
Both Hoth and Cross were issued a citation to appear at the Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 03/26/2019 at 8:00 AM.
Williams, Patricia M. 54 of Brattleboro
On 2/6/19 at approximately 1353 hours, officers from the Brattleboro Police Department responded to Putney RD for a report of a fire alarm that had been activated for no cause.
Upon arrival to the area Officers located Patricia Williams, 54 of Brattleboro walking away from the alarm box. Williams was non compliant with officers, yelling at and swinging her arm at an officer. Williams was found to have been marked by the alarm box. Williams was arrested for disorderly conduct and tampering with the alarm box. She was processed and released on citation to appear at the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division on 3/26/19.
Clough, Justin, E. 39, of Brattleboro
On 02/03/2019 Brattleboro Police arrested Justin E. Clough for yelling and screaming profanities while walking down Canal Street. Prior to this, Clough was also asked to leave Brattleboro Memorial Hospital for causing a disturbance in the waiting room. Clough was placed under arrest and was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department for processing. Clough was issued a citation to appear in court on 03/26/2019.
Buck Mitchell, 27, of Brattleboro, VT
On 1/21/19 the Brattleboro Police Department responded to Brattleboro Memorial Hospital for a report of a possible assault. Subsequent investigation revealed that Buck R Mitchell acted in a manner that disturbed both staff and patients to the extent that he was escorted from the property by security.
On 1/25/19 Mitchell was located at which time he was cited and released for the offense of Disorderly Conduct. Mitchell will appear in Windham County Superior Court; Criminal Division on 3/12/19 at 8am to answer to the offense.
Douglas, James A. 29 of Brattleboro
French, Thomas J. 32 of Brattleboro
On 1/19/19 at approximately 08:45 AM , officers from the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a local community center for a report of a physical altercation.
Upon arrival officers observed a large group of individuals standing around the parking lot, 2 males appeared to be having a verbal argument. The 2 males denied there having been any physical altercation.
Staff at the community center reported the fight had been physical and disruptive to the staff and clients. Both males were issued citations to appear at the Windham Superior court, Criminal Division on the charges of disorderly conduct. Douglas will appear on 2/26/19 and French on 3/12/19 at 0800 hours
Douglas, James A – 29 of Brattleboro
On 1/13/19 at approximately 3:05 PM Officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a Horton Place residence for a report of an ongoing dispute.
Subsequent investigation revealed that James A. Douglas (29 of Brattleboro) had been creating a disturbance among neighbors by inciting conflict and blocking paths. Douglas was issued a citation and released to appear at court at a later date and time to answer to the charge of Disorderly Conduct.
Mitchell Barber, 26, of Brattleboro, VT
On January 9, 2019 Officer’s from the Brattleboro Police Department responded to Second Level Drive for a report of a disturbance. Following an investigation Mitchell Barber, 26, of Brattleboro, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Unlawful Trespass. Barber was ordered held on $200 bail and ordered to appear at the Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on 1/10/2019 at 1230pm.
Nathaniel Morman, 54, Brattleboro, VT
On 12/15/2018 at approximately 6:01PM officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a report of a male subject threatening other tenants at a Canal Street apartment.
Investigation revealed that Nathaniel Morman (54 of Brattleboro) had threatened to assault another tenant. Mormon was located on 12/26/18 and issued a citation to appear at court at a later date and time to answer to the charge of Aggravated Disorderly Conduct.
Elizabeth MacFarland, 38, of Brattleboro, VT
On December 21 2018 officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a business on Elliot St. for a report of an out of control customer. Upon arrival officers met Elizabeth MacFarland, the customer in question. MacFarland refused to leave when instructed, and was physically resistant with officers when placed under arrest. MacFarland was transported to the department where she was lodged until sober, and then released with a citation. MacFarland will appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on December 24 to face the charges.
Denny Bills, 55, of Brattleboro, VT
On 12/19/18, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a restaurant on Putney Rd, in the Town of Brattleboro, for a report of a male that was attempting to enter an occupied tractor trailer then stood in front of the truck. Upon arrival, it was discovered that Denny R. Bills, 55, of Brattleboro had intentially hit the side of the tractor trailer and then stood in front of it not allowing it to leave the parking lot. Bills had previously been served with a trespass after warning for this location. Bills was arrested for Unlawful Trespass and Disorderly Conduct. He was held in lieu of $200.00 bail. Bills will answer to these charges at Windham County Superior Court, Criminal Division on 12/19/18.
