Shawn Koolick, 28, of Brattleboro, VT
On 1/16/2019 officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a report of a crash on Elliot St in the Town of Brattleboro. Upon arrival the officers saw a vehicle stuck in a snow bank. Subsequent investigation lead to the arrest of Shawn R. Koolick for DUI. Koolick also had an outstanding warrant. Koolick will appear in Windham County Superior Court on 1/17/2020 to answer to his warrant and on 2/4/2020 to answer to his charges from 1/16/2020.
Sherry Harder, 37, of Brattleboro, VT
On 01/07/2020 at approximately 0320 hours, officers of the Brattleboro Police Department conducted a traffic stop on Putney road. Subsequent investigation lead to the arrest of Sherry Harder for DUI and driving with a criminally suspended license. Harder will appear in Windham County Superior Court on 1/28/2020 to answer to the charges.
Heather Walker, 34, of Brattleboro, VT
On November 21, 2019 Brattleboro Police Officers were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident on Main St. in Brattleboro where a vehicle left the scene after the accident. After an investigation Officers were able to locate and identify the operator as Heather Walker age 34 of Brattleboro. Walker was issued a citation for Leaving the scene of an accident, Driving with a criminally suspended license, and also issued a traffic ticket for operating without liability insurance. Walker is scheduled to appear in Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division on December 24, 2019.
Mark Zostant, 50, of Brattleboro, VT
On November 30, 2019, Officers of the Brattleboro Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop on Canal Street, in the town of Brattleboro, for an expired registration violation. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Mark Zostant, a 50 year old male from Brattleboro, VT. Subsequent investigation revealed that Zostant’s driver’s license was suspended in Vermont.
Zostant was issued a citation for driving with a criminally suspended license, and will appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on January 07, 2020 to answer for the charge.
Augustus Hatch, 28, of Brattleboro, VT
On November 3 2019 at approximately 0225 hours officers of the Brattleboro Police Department were on patrol on Western Avenue and stopped a vehicle at a residence. Subsequent investigation revealed that the license of the operator, Augustus Hatch, was criminally suspended. The residence was Hatch’s, and he was issued a citation and released. Hatch will appear in Vermont Superior Court: Windham Criminal Division on December 10 to face the charge.
Ryan Cobb, 25, of Brattleboro, VT
On 10/24/2019 at approximately 2347 hours officers of the Brattleboro Police Department were on patrol in the area of the Brattleboro parking garage. Officers made contact with the operator of a motor vehicle. The operator was identified as Ryan DL. Cobb.
Further investigation revealed that Cobb was under the influence of alcohol. It was also found that Cobb had a criminally suspended operator’s license and was violating his court ordered conditions to not operate a motor vehicle.
Cobb was placed under arrest and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department where he was processed and released. Cobb was issued a citation to appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 11/12/2019 to answer to the charges of Driving Under the Influence, Operating with a Criminally Suspended License, and Contempt of Court.
Zachariah McAllister, 28, of Westminster, VT
On 9/11/2019 Brattleboro Police received a tip that Zachariah A. McAllister (28 of Brattleboro) had an active arrest warrant and was driving a silver Mercedes vehicle. Officers located a vehicle and operator matching the description at a location on Putney Road. The vehicle was stopped and the operator was positively identified as McAllister.
McAllister’s license was criminally suspended for multiple prior convictions of driving with a civilly suspended license. McAllister fled from the traffic stop in the vehicle at a high rate of speed and without regard for traffic when told that he was under arrest. A “Be On the Lookout” was issued for McAllister and the vehicle.
As of this press release McAllister has not yet been apprehended by law enforcement. He is wanted for the charges of Driving with a Criminally Suspended License, Negligent Operation, Eluding a Police Officer and the active warrant. Rachael Baek, 23, of Milton, VT
On August 22, 2019 at approximately 1623 hours, officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to the Brattleboro Police Department for a report of a 23 year old female turning herself in on a warrant. Rachael K.R. Baek was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. Baek was placed under arrest, processed and released on $200.00 bail. Baek will appear in Washington County Superior Court: Criminal Division on August 27 to face the underlying charge of driving with a suspended license.
Buck Mitchell, 27, of Brattleboro, VT
On 08/07/2019 Brattleboro Police arrested Buck R. Mitchell stemming from an incident that took place on 07/22/2019. During that incident it was discovered that Mitchell had operated a motor vehicle after his operator’s license had been criminally suspended and he violated court ordered conditions of release prohibiting him from operating a motor vehicle.
Mitchell was issued a citation to appear in court on 09/17/2019 at 8am.
Adam Morrissette, 32, of Brattleboro, VT
On 8/3/19 Brattleboro Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Canal St. The operator, Adam Morrissette, a 32 year old male from Brattleboro, was found to have a criminally suspended license.
Morrissette was issued a citation and will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 9/10/19.
