Matthew Carr, 30, of Londonderry, VT
On 12/05/21, the Brattleboro Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop at a business on Canal St. Investigation revealed that Felicia Woodruff was operating a vehicle with a criminally suspended license. Police discoverd 1.61 g of suspected crack-cocaine and 0.406 g of suspected fentanyl inside the vehicle. Woodruff was charged with possession, driving with a suspended license, and a violation of conditions. Her passenger, Matthew Carr, was charged with possession. Both subjects were cited and ordered to appear before the Windham County Superior Court on 1/4/21 to answer for their charges.
Anyone arrested or cited by the Brattleboro police department is presumed innocent until convicted of a crime in court.
Jason Meumeister, 49, of Vernon, VT
On 11/2/21 Brattleboro Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Green St. for several equipment violations. The operator, Jason Neumeister, was found to have a Criminally Suspended License. Furthermore, it was discovered that Neumeister was required to have an Ignition Interlock Device installed in his vehicle; which he did not.
Neumeister was issued a Citation for the above charges. Neumeister will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 12/21/21 to answer his charges.
Samantha Susee, 29, of Putney, VT
On 11/2/21 Brattleboro Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Putney Rd. for an equipment violation. The operator, Samantha Susee, was found to have a criminally suspended license.
Further investigation revealed that the passenger was an individual that Susee had Court Ordered Conditions of Release not to have contact with.
Due to unique circumstances, Susee was not taken into custody, however issued a citation for the above offenses. Susee will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 11/3/21 to answer her charges.
