Kyle Brower, 23, of Brattleboro, VT
On 3/24/2020 at approximately 2100 hours the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a business on Putney Road to investigate a report of a sexual assault.
Subsequent investigation led to the arrest of Kyle M. Brower for Sexual Assault (x3) and Domestic Assault. Brower was later located and placed under arrest at which time he was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department where he was processed and lodged.
Brower was ordered to be held in lieu of $10,000 bail and will appear in Windham County Superior Court; Crminal Division on 3/25/20 to answer to the charges.
Cecelia Brooner, 22, of Brattleboro, VT
On 3/16/20 in the evening hours Brattleboro Police responded to a residence on Oak St. for a domestic dispute.
Investigation revealed that Cecelia M. Brooner, a 22 year old Female from Brattleboro had caused minor bodily damage to her boyfriend.
Brooner was placed under arrest, and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department. There she was processed, and lodged briefly. Brooner was subsequently released on a citation for domestic assault, and conditions of release.
Brooner will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 3/18/20 at 1230 to answer her charge.
Jeremiah Harstin, 35, of Brattleboro
On 1/6/20 at approximately 9:16 AM Officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a residence for a report of a physical altercation. The complainant reported he had been arguing with his girlfriend who had thrown a coffee pot at him.
Upon arrival Officers spoke with the two individuals involved who both claimed minor injury caused by the other. After the initial investigation it was determined Jeremiah H. Harstin was the dominant aggressor in the situation. No medical attention was required or requested for the injuries sustained to either party.
Harstin was issued a citation to appear at the Windham Superior Court, Criminal division on 2/11/20 at 0800 hours.
Timothy Shepard, 39, OF Brattleboro, VT
On January 10, 2019, officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a residence on Crescent Drive, in the Town of Brattleboro, for a report of Domestic Assault. Subsequent investigation revealed that Timothy C. Shepard had assaulted a female he was living with. The investigation also revealed Shepard interfered with the female calling for help when he took her phone.
The female sustained no life threatening injuries and declined medical treatment. Shepard was taken into custody without incident. Shepard was released on conditions and will appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 01/13/2020 to answer to the charges.
Heather Parker, 23, of Vernon, VT
On 12/28/19 at approximately 8:55 AM officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a local hotel for a report of a domestic assault. The female complainant reported the male half of the dispute has left in his vehicle. A general description of the vehicle was provided by the complainant.
Upon arrival the officers made contact with the male who was with his vehicle in the parking lot. The male had sustained minor injury and reported having been assaulted by his girlfriend, Heather Parker, 23 of Vernon. The male victim declined medical attention.
Parker was located a a business a short distance from the hotel. Parker was arrested and transported to the Brattleboro Police station where she was processed for the offense. Parker was released on conditions and a citation to appear at the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division on 12/30/19 at 12:30 PM
Mariah Matyas, 20, of Townshend, VT
On 12/7/19 at approximately 2008 hours the Brattleboro Police Department responded
to the area of Oak St. and Chapin St. for a report of a vehicle that crashed, and a
possible intoxicated driver. Upon arrival it was found that an altercation had taken
place between Mariah Matyas and her partner. Matyas had bitten her partners
middle finger, scratched his neck, and hit him in the head several times. Matyas had
taken off from the scene. The male partner sustained non-life threatening injuries
and did not seek medical attention.
Matyas was later found and arrested for Domestic Assault, and was later released
with a citation and conditions of release. Matyas is to appear at the Windham County
Superior Court: Criminal Division on 12/9/19.
Ebon Longueil, 30, of Brattleboro, VT
On 11/19/19 Brattleboro Police Responded to a residence on High St. in Brattleboro for a report of a domestic assault.
Upon arrival, Police spoke with all parties involved, and investigation revealed that Ebon S. Longueil, a 30 year old male from Brattleboro, committed the crime of Domestic Assault.
Longueil was placed under arrest, and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department. There Longueil was lodged, and issued court ordered conditions of release, and was ordered held in lieu of bail.
Longueil will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 11/19/19 to answer his charge.
There were no injuries to either party.
Lyman Bruce, 51, of Brattleboro, VT
On 9/12/19 at approximately 1730 hours Brattleboro Police Department responded to a residence on Grove St. for a report of an assault. It was reported that Lyman Bruce hit a female he was in a relationship with.
Upon investigation it was found that Bruce had struck the victim. None of the parites were treated for any injuries. Bruce was later arrested and is to appear at the Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 9/13/19.
Wayne Mineau, 52, of Brattleboro, VT
On 8/9/19 at approximately 7:05 AM Officers of the Brattleboro Police Dept responded to a local motel for a report of a physical domestic dispute.
Upon arrival Officers spoke with the male victim who reported he was punched in the face by his father, Wayne Mineau 52 of Brattleboro. The victim did not require medical attention for his injury. Mineau did admit to striking his son 1 time.
Mineau was transported to the Brattlkeboro Police station where he was processed for this offense. He was ordered held until sober and later released on conditions and citation to appear at the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division on 8/12/19 at 1230 hours.
Nathan Munday, 24, of Brattleboro, VT
On 8/6/2019 Officers of the Brattleboro Police Department met with a female subject who wanted to report a dispute. Further investigation revealed that the victim was threatened with a firearm. Officers obtained evidence and statements about the incident. Officers later located the suspect who was identified as Nathan D. Munday and placed him under arrest. Munday was then transported back to the Brattleboro Police Department where he was cited and released. Munday was issued conditions of release and issued a citation to appear at the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division on 8/6/19 at 1230 hours.
