On 04/26/2019 Brattleboro Police responded to Brattleboro Probation and Parole to speak with a female subject on a report of a possible sex offense.
 
Through investigation it was determined that Kevin S. O’Neil had enagaged in lewd and lascivious behavior. O’Neil was placed under arrest and was issued a citation to appear in court on 06/04/2019.

Mark Caslin Jr, 30, of Brattleboro, VT

On 2/14/19 at approximately 2055 hours the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a local residence for a reported Abuse Prevention Order Violation.  Upon arrival it was determined that Mark Caslin Jr, 30, of Brattleboro, was violating a court ordered Abuse Prevention Order, and court ordered conditions of release.  Caslin was arrested and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department.  While at the Police Department Caslin committed the crime of Lewd and Lascivious Conduct.  Caslin was ultimately held for lack of $1,000 bail and cited to appear at the Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division to answer to the charges of Violation of an Abuse Prevention Order, Violation of Conditions of Release and Lewd and Lascivious Conduct.  Caslin was cited to appear in court on 2/15/19 to answer to the charges.

Page, Michael age 28 of Brattleboro

On 10/25/18 an investigation was opened by the Brattleboro Police Department regarding a report where Page had a physical altercation with a minor. This investigation led to a report of inappropriate touching and viewing of the same minor. In cooperation with the Department of Children and Family an investigation was conducted into this matter. On 01/29/19 Page was arrested, charged with Domestic Assault, and issued a flash citiation with conditions of release to appear in Windham County Criminal Court.

On August 12, 2018 Brattleboro Police were asked to respond to a Canal Street address for two people having intercourse on the porch of the building.  When police arrived they made contact with Owens and Scott.   After speaking with witnesses police issued citations to both Owens and Scott to appear in court on September 11, 2018 for the charge of lewd and lascivious.

John Oja, 46, of Brattleboro, VT

On 07/24/18 at approximately 7:30 p.m., members of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to an area of the Whetstone Brook downtown after receiving a report of a male acting in a sexually inappropriate manner. Investigation revealed that Oja was nude, and was engaged in sexually inappropriate acts directed at a group of juveniles swimming in the brook. Oja was arrested for the offense of Lewd and Lascivious Behavior, and will appear in Windham County Superior Court on 09/11/18 to answer the charge.

McQueen, Christopher. C. 49 Year Old Male from Pennsylvania.

In the evening hours of 4/25/18 Brattleboro Police responded to an establishment on Gibson Rd for a report of a male who had possibly overdosed, was intoxicated, and acting belligerently towards people.  Upon arrival Officers located the male, identified as Christopher McQueen, a 49 year old male from PA.  While attempting to convince McQueen to go to the hospital peacefully, McQueen shoved a member of the Brattleboro Police Fire Department. At this point McQueen was placed into protective custody and transported to the hospital for evaluation.  Investigation lead Officers to determine that prior to their arrival, McQueen had acted in an innapropriate sexual manner towards another female.
 
At the hospital McQueen was disruptive, and acted in a disorderly manner for several hours. McQueen also caused damage to hospital property.  Once medically cleared, McQueen was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department. There he was eventually released on a citation and conditions of release. McQueen will appear in court on 5/29/18 to answer his charges.
