Officer Kerylow On 10/15/2019 Brattleboro Police started an investigation for a bicyclist that was struck by a motor vehicle on Putney Road near the entrance to Wendy’s. On the date of this incident it was reported that the vehicle had fled the scene. Through investigation it was determined that Richard Garceau was the operator of the vehicle. Garceau was issued a citation to appear in court on 02/25/2020 at 8am.

Stephen Curran, 63, of Nashua, NH
Officer Kerylow On 11/29/2019 Brattleboro Police responded to Williams Street for a report of a possible intoxicated driver who struck a telephone. Police were told that the operator left the scene. Police later located the operator who was identified as Stephen W. Curran in a parking lot of a medical facility on Linden Street. Curran was subsequently placed under arrest for Driving Under the Influence, Negligent Operation and Leaving the Scene of an Accident. Curran was issued a citation to appear in court on 12/17/2019 at 8am. Martello, Monica L 32, of Brattleboro
Officer Wilson On 10/07/2018 at approximately 1720 hours, Brattleboro Officers responded to a business on Canal Street on a report of an accident. Upon arrival, Officers learned that one of the vehicles had fled the scene. The vehicle was located a short while later and Monica L Martello was found to be the operator. Martello admitted to leaving the scene and was issued a Citation. She is scheduled to appear in Windham Country Superior Court on 11/13/2018 to answer to the charge. Hoth, Tadros, K, 28, of Wisconsin
Officer Emery On 10/05/18, the Brattleboro Plice Department responded to a motel for a report of a vehicel that had been struck by another vehicle. After an investagion, it was determined that Tadros K. Hoth, 28, of Wisconsin, had struck another vehicle and drove away. He was later located and issued a citation for Leaving the Scene of a Crash. He will appear at Windham County Superior Court, Criminal Division on 11/20/18 to answer to this charge. Royce, Andrea, D, 50, Townshend
Officer Vinton On 05/18/18 at approximately 5:30 p.m. the Brattleboro Police responded to a local business parking lot for a vehicle being struck by a school bus. Upon investigation, it was determined the operator of the school bus, Andrea D. Royce, 50, of Townshend left the location without making contact with the owner of the damaged vehicle. Royce was later interviewed about the incident and it was determined that Royce provided false information to an officer. Royce was issued a citation for LSA and false information to an officer. Royce will appear at Windham Superior Court on 07/31/18 to face the charge. White, Joshua. K. 41 Year Old Male from Putney, VT
Officer Penniman On 6/17/18 Brattleboro Police were called to an apartment complex on Western Ave. A witness stated that she saw a vehicle pull into the parking lot with damage, and believed the operator to be impaired. Police responded, and located the operator, Joshua White. Investigation revealed that White had operated a motor vehicle while intoxicated. White had also crashed his vehicle on the 91 S off ramp for exit 2, causing damage to the vehicle and the guard rail. White was arrested for DUI and Leaving the Scene of an Accident. White was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department, where he was processed, and eventually released on a citation. White will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 7/3/18. There were no injuries in the crash. |
