Officer Washburn On October 17, 2020 Officers from the Brattleboro Police Department were dispatched to a Hotel on Putney rd. for a theft of a motor vehicle complaint. Officers arrived and after an investigation it was determined that Deborah McAllister age 51 of Brattleboro had committed the offense of Operating without Owners Consent. McAllister and the vehicle were later located. McAllister was released on a citation to appear at the Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division on November 24, 2020 at 8:00am.

Elise Nuccio, 26, of Brattleboro, VT Officer Penniman On 3/26/20 Brattleboro Police located Elise M. Nuccio on Canal St. in Brattleboro. Police arrested Nuccio for incident 20BB02040 for Aggravated Operating a Vehicle without Owners Consent. On Nuccio’s person Police located suspencted Fentanyl, weighing 4.3g with packaging. Nuccio was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department. There she was processed, and issued citations for the following incidents: 20BB02116: Poss. Of Fentanyl 20BB02040: Operating without Owners Consent 20BB01344: Retail Theft 20BB02022: Simple Assault. Nuccio was released with citations for the above offenses, and will appear in court on 6/16/20 to answer the above charges. Patrick Boyer, 33, of Brattleboro, VT
Theresa Gay, 44, of Brattleboro, VT Det. Lynde On February 5, 2020 Brattleboro Police were made aware of a stolen vehicle from Hinsdale, N.H.. Brattleboro Police were able to locate the vehicle on Frost Street in Brattleboro. When Brattleboro Police met with the owner of the truck they were advised there were gift cards and a credit card stolen from inside the truck. The owner reported the credit card was used at two stores in Brattleboro. On February 11, 2020 Brattleboro Police were advised by the Northfield, M.A. police department they had a series of motor vehicle break-in’s and one vehicle had a credit card stolen out of it. The credit card was used at two Brattleboro locations on February 8, 2020. On February 12, 2020 Brattleboro Police were made aware of a stolen vehicle from Northfield, M.A.. Brattleboro Police were able to locate the vehicle on Reed Street in Brattleboro. Northfield M.A. Police also advised they had a series of motor vehicle break-ins and one vehicle had a credit card stolen from it and there was an attempted use of it at one location in Brattleboro After an investigation took place police arrested Patrick Boyer for Operating without owners consent, possession of stolen property and Accessory before the fact. Police also arrested Theresa Gay for possession of stolen property and fraudulent use of a credit card. Boyer is schedule to appear in court on February 25, 2020 and Gay is scheduled to appear in court on March 31, 2020 David Phillips, 30, of South Carolina
Officer Busch On January 3, 2020 at approximately 08:40 hours members of the Brattleboro Police Deparment were dispatched to a complaint of Operation without consent of owner. Subsequent investigation revealed that David Phillips age 30 of South Carolina took and used the vehicle without permission. I made contact with Phillips at a business on Canal St. I issued Phillips a citation for Operation without consent of owner. Phillips is scheduled to appear in Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division on 02/11/2020 to answer to the charge. Shyanne Cote, 28, of Fairlee, VT
Officer Law On 12/11/19 at approximately 1657 hours Brattleboro Police Department responded to a business on South Main St. for a report of a possible stolen vehicle. It was reported that Shyanne M. Cote had stolen a vehicle from the parking lot and drove off. Cote was later found operating the vehicle on Main St. It was later found that Cote’s drivers license was criminally suspended. Cote was arrested and later released on a citation and conditions. Cote is to appear at the Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 12/12/19 to face the charges. Elise Nuccio, 25, of Brattleboro, VT Officer Penniman On 7/15/19 Brattleboro Police located a vehicle that had been reported stolen. Located with the vehicle were Gina Taylor, a 43 year old female from MA, and Elise Nuccio, a 25 year old female from Brattleboro. Both were placed under arrest, and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department. There they were processed, and released on citations for Operating without Owner’s Consent. A search warrant was executed on the vehicle and Taylor’s belongings. The results of the warrant, along with further investigation, lead to Taylor also being charged with Grand Larceny, along with possession of Heroin. Nuccio was also charged with possession of heroin. Both will appear at Windham County superior Court on 8/20/19 to answer their charges. VanWormer, Carol G 43, of Brattleboro
Officer Wilson On 4/06/2018, Brattleboro Officers responded to Anna Marsh Lane on a report of a stolen vehicle. Upon arrival, Officers observed the vehicle in a parking lot. They made contact with the operator Carol VanWormer 43, of Brattleboro. VanWormer was found to be incoherent and was holding a can of “Dust-Off’ which she had inhaled. EMS was called to the scene. VanWormer was found to have a Criminally Suspended License and was arrested. She is being charged with Operating a vehicle without owner’s consent, Driving while Criminally Suspended and Improper use of a hazardous inhalant. She is scheduled to appear in Windham County Superior Court on 5/15/2018 to answer to the charges. Officer Hamilton On 03/20/18 at approximately 3:18am, Officers received a report of a vehicle that had been stolen from a residence on Pleasant Street. Investigation revealed that the vehicle was taken without the owner’s consent by Tonya Camolli. Camolli was later located on Canal Street, where she was taken into custody for this offense as well as multiple violations of her court ordered conditions of release. Camolli’s conditions indicated that she had been prohibited from driving a vehicle or committing any further criminal offenses. Camolli was lodged at the Brattleboro Police Department in lieu of $500.00, and is scheduled to appear in Windham County Superior Court on 03/21/18. |
