Justin Perdue, 28, of Brattleboro, VT
On June 13, 2020 at approximately 1300 hours Officers from the Brattleboro Police Department were dispatched to a business on Canal St. for a theft. Subsequent investigation found that Justin J. Perdue, age 28 from Brattleboro had stolen a wallet. Perdue was arrested for two counts of Petit Larceny, Trespassing and two counts of attempted Larceny. Perdue is scheduled to appear in Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division on August 11, 2020 at 0800 hours to answer to his charges.

On 06/12/2020 Brattleboro Police received a report of a wallet that was stolen from a shopping cart at a business on Canal Street.
Through investigation Justin J. Perdue was identified as the subject who stole the wallet. Perdue was located at a later date and was issued a citation to appear in court on 08/11/2020.
Buck Mitchell, 27, of Brattleboro, VT
On December 29, 2019 at approximately 0615 hours officers of the Brattleboro Police Department were dispatched to Belmont Avenue for a report of a male going through yards. Officers later located Buck Mitchell in a nearby parking lot who matched a description provided by a complainant. Mitchell was informed he was under arrest for an unrelated crime, which he resisted and actively struggled to get away. Mitchell was eventually placed into custody and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department where he was held in lieu of bail. Mitchell will appear in Windham Superior Court: Criminal Division on 12/30/2019.
Andrea Higley, 36. of Brattleboro, VT
On November 3, 2019 at approximately 2123 hours officers from the Brattleboro Police Department were dispatched to a residence on Birge St for a report of a theft. Investigation led to the identification of Andrea Higley, 36, of Brattleboro as the person who committed the theft. It was also learned that Higley had court ordered conditions not to have contact with the victim of the theft. Higley was located a short time later and issued a citation to appear at the Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on December 10, 2019 at 0800 hours to anwer to the charges of Petit Larceny and Violation of Conditions of Release.
Corey A. Whidden, 29, of Brattleboro, VT
On November 3, 2019 at approximately 2308 hours, officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a residence on Frost Place for a report of a motor vehicle break in.
Subsequent investigation revealed that Corey A. Whidden had taken property from a vehicle that was not his.
Whidden was issued a citation and released. Whidden is scheduled to appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 12/10/19 to answer to the charge.
Fredrick Habach, 52, of Guilford, VT
On 09/15/2019 Brattleboro Police responded to a business on Canal Street for a report of a theft of a chainsaw from a motor vehicle.
Through investigation it was determined that Fredrick A. Habich had stolen the chainsaw from the vehicle. The chainsaw was located.
Habich was issued a citation to appear in court on 10/29/2019 to answer the charge.
Aaron Aulis, 34, of Brattleboro, VT
On August 25, 2019 officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a business on Cotton Mill Hill for a report of theft. Subsequent investigation revealed that Aaron A. Aulis took a watch, worth approximately $150.00, from a breakroom self. Aulis was cited to appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 10/08/2019 to answer to the charge of Petit Larceny.
Ethan Pinsonneault, 22, of Brattleboro, VT
On 08/20/19, the Brattleboro Police Department took a report of a wallet that had been stolen from a business on Main St. After an investigation, the male was identified as Ethan T. Pinsonneault, 22, currently residing in Brattleboro. Pinsonneault gave false names to the officers involved. Once his actual identity was discovered, he was found to have active arrest warrants in the State of Vermont. He was arrested on the warrants and also for the theft of the wallet and giving false names. He was ordered to appear at Windham County Superior Court, Criminal Division on 10/08/19 to answer to the new charges.
Tyler Jungman, 21, of Brattleboro, VT
On July 8, 2019 at approximately 1600 hours Brattleboro Police Department responded to a local business on Main St. for a report of a theft. A lost wallet was turned into staff. An employee later removed cash from the wallet before staff could turn the wallet over to Brattleboro Police.
Upon investigation it was found that Tyler Jungman had stolen money from the wallet. Jungman was issued a citation to appear at the Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 9/10/2019 at 0800 to face the charge.
Corey Whidden, 29, of Brattleboro, VT
On July 9, 2019 Officers of the Brattleboro Police Department were dispatched to a theft complaint at a business on Elliott St. Subsequent investigation led to the arrest of Corey Whidden for Petit Larceny. Whidden was held in lieu of bail at the Brattleboro Police Department and will appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on July 10, 2019 to face the charges.
