Johnson, Trent W, 29, Brattleboro, VT
On April 9, 2019 the Brattleboro Police Department located Trent Johnson, 29, of Brattleboro walking on High St. Johnson was known to have an active arrest warrant in the State of Vermont for failing to appear at a court hearing. Johnson was taken into custody and subsequently found to be in possession of crack cocaine. Johnson was cited to appear at the Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on May 28, 2019 at 0800 hours. Johnson was further lodged at the Brattleboro Police Department for lack of $200 bail on the warrant.

On March 29, 2019 at approximately 1715 hours an officer of the Brattleboro Police Department was on foot patrol in the downton business district. The Officer observed a subject known to have an active arrest warrant in the State of Vermont for failing to appear for a court hearing. The subject was identified as Trent W. Johnson, 29, of Brattleboro. Johnson was taken into custody and searched incident to arrest. During that search officers located approximately 1.4 grams of crack cocaine in his possession. Johnson was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department where he was processed for both the warrant and Possession of Cocaine. Johnson posted his bail for the warrant and was released on two citations to appear at the Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division. Johnson was cited to appear on April 9, 2019 at 0800 hours for the warrant and May 7, 2019 at 0800 hours for the possession of cocaine
McDurfee, Douglas A., 53, Brattleboro
On October 26, 2018 the Brattleboro Police Department located Douglas McDurfee, 53, of Brattleboro in the stairwell of the Brattleboro Transportation Center. McDurfee was found to be in Possession of Crack Cocaine and was in Possession of a Depressant and was subsequently arrested.
McDurfee was released on a citation to appear at the Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division to answer to the above charges.
Robinson, Christopher C. 47, of Greenfield NH
On 10/09/2018 at approximately 2150 hours, Brattleboro Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a motor vehicle violation. While speaking with the operator, Officers observed an open container of beer in the center console and detected the odor of intoxicants coming from the operator. Subsequent investigation determined that Christopher C Robinson was intoxicated at the time of operation. A search of his vehicle revealed that he was also in possession of cocaine. Robinson was placed under arrest and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department where he was processed. He is scheduled to appear in Windham County Superior Court on 10/30/2018.
Carlos Rosa, 61, of Staten Island, NY
On 9/14/18 Carlos Rosa, a 61 Year Old Male from Staten Island, NY requested that the Brattleboro Police Department help him in unlocking his vehicle.
Upon arrival, Police observed suspected heroin inside the vehicle.
After successfully unlocking the vehicle, Police attempted to place Rosa under arrest. Rosa resisted, and was quickly placed into custody.
Rosa was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department, where he was processed.
Rosa was issued a citation for Possession of Heroin and Cocaine, and resisting arrest.
Rosa will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 9/17/18 to answer his charges. Rosa was held in lieu of $5,000.00
Garcia, Ralphie D. III
On 8/2/18 Brattleboro Officers located a subject outside of a residence on South Main St. with an active arrest warrant. Upon taking the subject, Ralphie D. Garcia III, 22yrs old, of NY, into custody, officers discovered 3.23 grams of suspected crack cocaine in Garcia’s pocket. Garcia was held in lieu of $10,200 bail and will appear in court on 8/3/18 to face the charge
Swift, Walter. 57 Brattleboro VT
On July 5, 2018 Officers from the Brattleboro Police Department responded to Elm Street to conduct an investigation. During the investigation Officers came into contact with Walter Swift. Swift was arrested for violating his court order of 24 hour curfew at his residence. A search of Swift was conducted and he was found to be in possession of crack cocaine and a regulated drug. Swift was released on a citation to appear at the Windham Superior Court Criminal Division on July 10, 2018. The original investigation is still ongoing.
Reginald W. French, 51, of Brattleboro
On June 16 2018 officers of the Brattleboro Police Department were on foot patrol downtown when they noticed two people acting suspiciously behind a public building on Flat St. Further investigation revealed that Reginald W. French was in the process of using crack cocaine. French was arrested, and then issued a citation for Possession of Cocaine and released. French will appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on July 24 to face the charge.
