On 7/25/20 Brattleboro Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Canal St. in Brattleboro.
During the stop, probable cause of criminal activity was developed. The occupants of the vehicle consented to a search, and narcotics were located.
Daniel Reddan, a 38 year old male from Brattleboro, was found to be in possession of 90 bags of Fentanyl.
Kimberly Freeman, a 50 year old female from Pittsford, VT, was found to be in possession of a misdemeanor amount of cocaine.
The vehicle in question was seized, and a search warrant was later granted for the vehicle.
A misdemeanor amount of Cocaine was located within Reddan’s belongings.
A misdemeanor amount of Cocaine was located within the belongings of Breann Campbell, a 43 year or female from Vermont.
Investigation also revealed that the vehicle had travelled from out of state into Vermont.
Reddan was issued a citation for Possession of Fentanyl, Transporting Fentantyl into the State, and for
Possession of Cocaine.
Freeman and Breann were each issued citations for Possession of Cocaine.
All three individuals will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 9/22/20 to answer their charges.
Walter Swift, 59, of Brattleboro, VT
On 7/10/2020 at approximately 1pm the Brattleboro Police Department located Walter Swift, 59 y/o of Brattleboro in the Preston Lot in downtown. Swift had an active warrant for his arrest and was taken into custody. During a search incident to his arrest Swift began to resist and attempt to conceal illegal narcotics in his possession. Swift was later charged with resisting arrest and possession of cocaine. Swift was issued a citation to appear in Windham County Superior Court; Criminal Division on 8/18/20 at 8am. Swift was held and transported to Southern State Correctional Facility for the active warrant.
Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Fentanyl, Possession of a Firearm While Committing a Crime, and Criminal Contempt
Trent Johnson, 30, of Brattleboro, VT
On 6/11/2020 at approximately 1802 hours the Brattleboro Police Department
encountered Trent Johnson and another female parked on the side of South Main Street. Johnson began to walk away from the vehicle when the Brattleboro Police
Department pulled up.
Johnson was detained at this point and through further investigation and a search of Johnson’s person he was found to be in possession of a firearm. Through further
investigation it was found that Johnson was in possession of 20 bags of Fentanyl and 65 bags of crack-cocaine
Johnson was arrested and charged with Possession of cocaine, Possession of a
depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, Possession of a firearm while committing a
crime and Criminal Contempt. Johnson is to appear at the Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 6/12/2020 to face the charges.
Cheryl Ross, 33, of Bellows Falls, VT
On May 14, 2020 at approximately 4:17 PM Brattleboro Police were on foot patrol in the downtown area. Brattleboro Police checked Arch St. where they observed a female sitting underneath the bridge.
Upon further investigation it was found that Cheryl Ross was in possession of crack cocaine. Ross was issued a citation for possession of crack cocaine. Ross is to appear at the Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division at a later date and time.
Justin Grover, 39, of Hinsdale, NH
On March 23 2020 at approximately 0215 hours officers of the Brattleboro Police Department noticed suspicious activity in a vehicle parked in a parking lot on Elm Street. Subsequent investigation revealed that Justin Grover was in possession of crack cocaine. The cocaine was seized, and Grover was issued a citation and released. Grover is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court: Windham Criminal Division on May 26 2020 to face the charge.
Anthony Wilson, 42, of Brattleboro, VT
On 11/25/2019 Brattleboro Police arrested Anthony T. Wilson for sales of cocaine and Wilson was found to have cocaine on his person during the arrest. Wilson was also found in contempt of his court ordered conditions of release.
Wilson was placed under arrest and was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department for processing. Wilson was issued a citation to appear in court on 12/31/2019 at 8am.
Brandon Lee, 34, of Brattleboro, VT
Jeremy Snyder, 31, of Chester, VT
On 11/8/19 Brattleboro Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on I91N. During this stop, the passenger in the vehicle, Brandon Lee, a 34 year old male from Brattleboro, VT, was arrested due to an active VT arrest warrant.
Investigation led to officers developing probable cause that drugs were in the vehicle. The vehicle was seized, and a search warrant for the vehicle was applied for.
The warrant was approved, and once executed, officers located crack cocaine and controlled narcotics.
Snyder was later issued a citation for possession of crack cocaine (felonious amount), and possession of a controlled narcotic. Snyder will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 12/24/19 to answer his charges.
An arrest warrant for Lee for the same charges has been requested.

Shenandoah Gilbert, 43, of Vernon, VT
On November 4 2019 at approximately 2340 hours officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a call of an illegally parked vehicle in the area of Brook Street. Subsequent investigation revealed that Shenandoah Gilbert was in possession of suspected crack cocaine. Gilbert was issued a citation and released, and is scheduled to appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on December 10 2019 to face the charge.
Rodney Lumbra, 58, of Brattleboro, VT
On 10/23/19 Brattleboro Police were on active foot patrol on Canal St. Police observed Rodney Lumbra, a 58 year old male from Brattleboro, partaking in activity consistent with drug sales.
Investigation revealed that Lumbra was in possession of heroin and crack cocaine. Lumbra was placed under arrest, and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department. There he was processed, and released on a citation.
Lumbra will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 12/3/19 to answer his charges.
Aaron Devens, 23, of Brattleboro, VT
On 10/1/19 Brattleboro Police were conducting a foot patrol under the Elm St. Bridge.
While on patrol, Police observed Aaron Devens, a 23 year old male from Brattleboro, engaging in activity consistent with abusing crack cocaine.
Investigation revealed that Nevens was in possession of crack cocaine. Nevens was issued a citation for possession, and will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 11/5/19 to answer his charge.
