Dillon Hall, 28, of Bennington, VT
Officer Llewelyn On 2/19/2021 officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a suspicious report at a business on Putney Rd. Officers arrived on the scene and spoke with Dillon Hall. Subsequent investigation revealed that Hall had an active warrant for his arrest out of Bennington VT. Hall was arrested and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department. During a search incident to arrest, officers found 30 bags of suspected Heroin on Hall. Hall was lodged and later transported to SSCF. Hall will appear in Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division on 2/22/2021 to answer to his charge.

Tiffany Scadding, 35, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Law On 11/8/2020 at approximately 0517 hours Tiffany Scadding was being released from the Brattleboro Police Department. While being released it was found that Scadding was in possession of heroin. Scadding was then released on a citation for possession of heroin and transportation of regulated drugs into a place of detention. Scadding is to appear at the Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 12/15/2020 to face the charge. Jesse Johnson, 41, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Penniman On 10/21/20 Brattleboro Police conducted a motor vehicle stop due to several violations. Officers had previously observed this vehicle and their occupants acting suspiciously in a high drug area in town near Exit 1. During the stop, probable cause was developed that narcotics were located within the vehicle. A search was conducted, and ultimately Jesse Johnson, a 41 year old male from Brattleboro, was arrested for possession of heroin (7 bags). Johnson was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department. There he was processed, and released on a citation. Johnson will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 12/29/20 to answer his charge. Rodney Lumbra, 59, of Brattleboro, VT
Dana Mucica, 67, of Walpole, NH Officer Penniman On 8/31/20 Brattleboro Police were patrolling the area of Melrose St. in Brattleboro. Police observed suspicious activity, and initiated an investigation. Investigation led to the arrests of Rodney Lumbra, a 59 year old male from Brattleboro, and Dana Mucica, a 67 year old male from Walpole, NH for possession of heroin (misdemeanor amount). Both were placed under arrest, and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department. There they were processed, and released on citations. Both will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 10/6/20 to answer their charges Daniel Silverman, 49, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Penniman On 8/13/20 Brattleboro Police received an anonymous tip in regards to possible drug activity taking place out of an apartment located on Oak St. Police began to patrol the area, and saw Daniel Silverman, a 49 year old male from Brattleboro, act in a manner consistent with criminal activity, and get into a vehicle. Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on the vehicle due to several violations, and made contact with the operator, and the two passengers, one being Silverman. Through the investigation probable cause was developed that Silverman was in possession of narcotics. A search of Silverman was conducted, and Silverman was found to be in possession of misdemeanor amounts of Heroin and Crack Cocaine. Silverman was issued a citation for Possession, and released. Silverman will appear in court on 9/22/20 to answer his charges. Steven Miller, 33, of Vernon, VT
Officer Law On 8/4/2020 at approximately 0651 hours the Brattleboro Police Department responded to Reed St. for a report of a male unconscious in a vehicle. Upon further investigation it was found that Steven Miller was in possession of 70 bags of heroin. Miller was placed under arrest and later released on conditions and a citation. Miller is to appear at the Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 8/5/2020 at 1230 hours to face the charge. Daniel Harmon, 61, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Law On 7/16/2020 at approximately 1430 hours the Brattleboro Police Department were at a local hotel on Putney Rd. investigating a separate incident. Daniel Harmon was suspected of committing a separate crime, and when questioned about if he had committed the crime Harmon agreed to a search of his person. Upon searching Harmon it was found that he was in possession of 3 heroin bags. Harmon was issued a citation and is to appear at the Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 9/15/2020 at 0800 to face the charge. Christopher Baxter, 31, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Law On 7/24/2020 at approximately 0643 hours the Brattleboro Police Department responded to Williams St. for a report of suspicious vehicle with several occupants. Upon further investigation it was found that Christopher Baxter was the operator of the vehicle. Baxter consented to a search of his person and the vehicle. There were approximately 14 grams of crack cocaine found on Baxter, and 785 bags of heroin found in the vehicle. Baxter was arrested and later released on a citation to appear at the Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 9/15/2020 at 0800 hours. Sean Wall, 46, of Hinsdale, NH
Officer Penniman On 7/17/20, Brattleboro Police were on patrol when they came upon an active physical fight taking place on Canal St. Police intervened, and Sean Wall, a 46 year old male from Hinsdale, NH fled the scene. Investigation revealed that Wall was the aggressor in the altercation. A brief search took place in the downtown area, and Wall was eventually located and taken into custody. Wall was found to be in possession of a misdemeanor amount of heroin / fentanyl. Wall was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department. There he was processed, and released on court ordered conditions of release. Wall will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 7/20/20 to answer his charges. There were no injuries. Nathan Hazlett, 47, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Washburn On June 18, 2020 Officers from the Brattleboro Police Department located Nathan Hazlett age 47 of Brattleboro, walking down Elliot St. which was in violation of his court ordered conditions of release. During the investigation it was learned that Hazlett was in possession of heroin. Hazlett was taken into custody and transported back to the Brattleboro Police Department for processing. Hazelett was released and issued a citation to appear in the Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division on August 11, 2020 at 8:00am. |
