Amanda Fogg, 32, of Peru, VT
On August 19, 2019 officers from the Brattleboro Police Department located a female subject walking on Old Ferry Rd. Subsequent investigation revealed the subject to be Amanda Fogg, 32, of Peru, VT. Fogg was found to have an active arrest warrant in the State of Vermont. Fogg was further found to be in possession of cocaine and heroin. Fogg was arrested and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department where she was lodged for lack of $5,000 bail. Fogg was cited to appear at the Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on August 20, 2019 at 1230 hours.
Gina Taylor, 43, of MA
Elise Nuccio, 25, of Brattleboro, VT
On 7/15/19 Brattleboro Police located a vehicle that had been reported stolen. Located with the vehicle were Gina Taylor, a 43 year old female from MA, and Elise Nuccio, a 25 year old female from Brattleboro.
Both were placed under arrest, and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department. There they were processed, and released on citations for Operating without Owner’s Consent.
A search warrant was executed on the vehicle and Taylor’s belongings. The results of the warrant, along with further investigation, lead to Taylor also being charged with Grand Larceny, along with possession of Heroin. Nuccio was also charged with possession of heroin.
Both will appear at Windham County superior Court on 8/20/19 to answer their charges.
Cynthia Radcliffe, 35, of Brattleboro, VT
On July 11, 2019, at approximately 1858 hours, officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to call for possible sale of illicit drugs, at the parking lot of a business on Main Street, in the Town of Brattleboro. Subsequent investigation revealed that Cynthia R. Radcliffe, a 35 year old female, had heroin in her possession. Radcliffe was cited and will appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 08/20/2019 to answer to the charge.
Johnson, Lisa. 62 Year Old Female from Brattleboro.
On 6/2/19 Brattleboro Police conducted a search warrant at a local hotel in an attempt to locate and apprehend Brandon Lee and Amanda Fogg, who both have warrants out of New Hampshire.
Neither were present, however located was Lisa Johnson, a 62 year old female from Brattleboro. Johnson was found to also have an instate warrant stemming from a DUI charge, and was found to be in possession of heroin and crack cocaine.
Johnson was placed under arrest, and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department. There she was processed, and issued a citation. Johnson will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 7/23/19 to answer her charges.
James Nestor, 52, of Wardsboro, VT
On 5/5/19 Brattleboro Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on a vehicle due to an equipment violation.
The operator, James D. Nestor, a 52 year old male from Wardsboro, VT was found to have a criminally suspended license.
Nestor was also found in possession of Heroin, Crack Cocaine, and Fireworks.
Nestor was placed under arrest, and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department. There he was processed, and released on a citation.
Nestor will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 6/18/19 to answer his charges.
Mills, Antoinette. E. 63 Year Old Female from Brattleboro
On 4/21/19 Brattleboro Police responded to the area of 9 Canal St. for a report of a female abusing drugs in her vehicle. Upon arrival Officers observed the female, Antoinette E. Mills, a 63 year old female from Brattleboro, conducting behavior in her vehicle consistent with drug abuse. Mills became physically resistant, and caused a scene on the street. Mills also attempted to injure officers several times.
Mills was placed under arrest, and found to be in possession of 21 bags of heroin.
Mills was transported to Brattleboro Memorial Hospital for evaluation. There, she was issued a citation for Possession of Heroin (Felony amount), Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, and Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer. Mills will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 5/28/19 to answer her charges.
Shannon Mylott, 21, of Brattleboro, VT
On 2/19/19 in the early morning hours Brattleboro Police observed a vehicle leaving a well known residence on Oak St. This residence is well known to police due to drug activity stemming from it.
Police conducted a motor vehicle stop. A search of the vehicle revealed narcotics, leading to the arrest of Shannon T. Mylott, a 21 year old female from Brattleboro. Mylott was found to be in possession of heroin and crack cocaine.
Mylott was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department, where she was processed, and released on a citation. Mylott will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 4/30/19 to answer her charges.
Hurlbert, Eric. B. 26 Year Old Male from Brattleboro
On 12/17/18 Brattleboro Police observed a vehicle leaving an area known for narcotic sales. Police observed the vehicle commit several motor vehicle violations, and initiated a stop on the vehicle.
The passenger, Eric Hurlbert, a 26 year old male from Brattleboro, was found to have an active arrest warrant, and was placed under arrest. A search of the vehicle yielded heroin that was in Hurlbert’s possession.
Hurlbert was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department, where he was lodged in lieu of bail. Hurlbert was issued a citation for possession of heroin, and will appear at the Windham County Superior Court on 1/22/19 to answer his charge.
Sorensen L. Thomas, 50, of Brattleboro, VT
On December 5 2018 officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a business on Canal St. for a suspicious complaint. Upon arrival officers met Thomas Sorensen, who appeared to be under the influence of illicit drugs. Subsequent investigation revealed that Sorensen had driven to the business but was too impaired to drive, had violated Court-ordered conditions of release by contacting a woman he came to the business with, and was in possession of heroin. Sorensen was arrested and held in lieu of bail. Sorensen will appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on December 6 to face the charges.
Plunkett, Evan,W. 36 of Putney, VT
On 11/14/2018 at approximately 5:15am Brattleboro Police responded to Williston Street for a report of a subject passed out in a vehicle, hunched over in the driver seat.
Upon arrival, officers made contact with Evan W. Plunkett who was holding a hypodermic syringe in his hand. Officers also observed multiple bags of suspected Heroin on the front passenger seat.
Plunkett was subsequently placed under arrest for suspicion of Driving Under the Influene of Drugs. His vehicle was seized and a search warrant was later obtained for his vehicle. During the search, 6 bags of Heroin was seized.
Plunkett was issued a citation to appear in court on 01/08/2019 to answer the charges.
