Jude Mischke, 53, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Penniman On 2/12/22 Brattleboro Police were flagged down by an employee of a store on Canal St. The employee stated a male who was not welcome in the store had been in the store, and caused a disturbance. The employee gave a description of the male, and advised that the male went to another business across the street. Police made contact with the male, who was identified as Jude Mischke. Mischke was found to have violated court ordered conditions of release, trespassed, and stole from a business. Mischke was issued a citation for the above charges, and will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 2/22/22 to answer his charges. Anyone arrested or cited by the Brattleboro police department is presumed innocent until convicted of a crime in court.

David Guadalupe, 44, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Carbone On November 30, 2021, Officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a business on Main Street for a reported retail theft. Subsequent investigation found that David Guadalupe had left the store without paying for merchandise he had concealed on his person. Guadalupe was located and cited for the above offense. Guadalupe is to appear in Criminal Court on February 1, 2022, to answer to the charge. Anyone arrested or cited by the Brattleboro police department is presumed innocent until convicted of a crime in court. Joseph Pasquino, 36, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Carbone On October 20, 2021, Officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a business on Main Street for a reported retail theft. Subsequent investigation found that Joseph Pasquino attempted to steal merchandise from the business. Sgt. Cable On 9/13/2021 at approximately 8:34 AM Brattleboro Police responded to a call for a theft from a Canal Street Business. Investigation showed that Joseph Pasquino had taken several pieces of merchandise from the store without paying from them. Pasquino was later located and issued a citation to appear in Windham Superior Court to answer to the charge. |
