Officer Penniman On 9/23/20 Brattleboro Police executed a narcotics based search warrant on a residence located on South Main St. Arrested was Meagan Morse, a 34 year old female from Brattleboro, for felony possession of cocaine. Morse was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department. There she was processed, and released on a citation. Morse will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 11/3/20 to answer her charge.

Sgt. Cable On 8/21/2020 at approximately 11:30 PM Brattleboro Police stopped a vehicle on Birge Street in Brattleboro. The vehicle was subsequently seized for the application of a search warrant. Brattleboro Police executed a search warrant on the vehicle on 8/24/2020 and located suspected Fentanyl. The passenger of the vehicle, Susan Yeates, was later located and arrested on 9/17/2020. Yeates was released on court ordered conditions and to appear in court on 9/18/2020 to answer to the charge of Fentanyl Trafficking. Patrick Devens, 57, of Brattleboro, VT
Rodney Lumbra, 59, of Brattleboro, VT Officer Penniman On 9/8/20 the Brattleboro Police executed a narcotics based search warrant on an apartment in the Melrose housing development. This search warrant was the culmination of Police investigation and complaints from the community in regards to drug activity taking place. Arrested were Patrick J. Devans, a 57 year old Male from Brattleboro, and Rodney Lumbra, a 59 year old male from Brattleboro. Lumbra was arrested for misdemeanor possession of fentanyl. He was issued a citation on scene, and released. Lumbra will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 10/27/20 to answer his charge. Devens was arrested for being in possession of trafficking amount of fentanyl. Devens was taken into custody and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department. There he was processed, and released on a citation and conditions of release. Devens will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 9/9/20 at 1230 to answer his charge. Sgt. Hamilton On June 15 2020 officers of the Brattleboro Police Department were granted a search warrant for a residence on Elliot Street based on evidence of drug sales and use inside. At approximately 2000 hours that evening the search warrant was executed, and Nathan E. Hazlett was arrested for possession of crack cocaine and heroin. Hazlett was held in lieu of bail and is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court: Windham County Criminal Division on June 16 at 1230 hours to face the charges. Chrisanna Gagne, 29, of Brattleboro, VT Sylvester Little, 46, of Brattleboro, VT Officer Penniman On 3/6/20 officers of the Brattleboro Police Department conducted a search warrant on an apartment on Canal St. The purpose of this search warrant was for narcotics. Arrested were Curtis Henry, a 61 year old male from Brattleboro, Chrisanna Gagne, a 29 year old female from Brattleboro, and Sylvester Little, a 46 year old male from Brattleboro. Henry was arrested for trafficking fentanyl, and violating court ordered conditions of release. Gagne was arrested for misdemeanor possession of fentanyl. Little was arrested for misdemeanor possession of a narcotic. More charges are expected as the investigation continues. Henry was ordered held on bail, and will appear in court on 3/9/20 at 1230 at Windham County Superior Court to answer his charges. Anthony Wilson, 42, of Brattleboro, VT Kayla Gallant, 22, of Brattleboro, VT Peter Andrew, 49, of Brattleboro, VT Gina Taylor, 44 of Brattleboro, VT Debra Bemis, 46, of Brattleboro, VT Jennifer Peduzzi, 49, of Vernon, VT Officer Penniman On 02/08/2020 at approximately 1pm, Brattleboro Officers executed a search warrant at a residence on Canal St. As a result of the search: Curtis Henry was arrested for Possession of suspected Heroin, Possession of suspected Cocaine, Possession of suspected Fentanyl: Trafficking, Possession of Stolen Property,and Aiding in the Commission of a Felony. Henry was held in lieu of $5,000 bail. Anthony Wislon was arrested for Possession of suspected Heroin: Trafficking, Possession of suspected Cocaine, and Criminal Contempt: Four Counts. Wilson was held in lieu of $10,000 bail. Kayla Gallant was arrested for Possession of suspected Fentanyl: Trafficking, Possession of suspected Cocaine, Hindering Arrest, and Resisting Arrest. Gallant was held in lieu of $5,000 bail. Peter Andrew was arrested for Possession of suspected Fentanyl, Hindering Arrest, and Unlawful Mischief. Andrew was held in lieu of $200 bail. Gina Taylor was arrested for Possession of suspected Fentanyl and Possession of suspected Heroin. Taylor was released with a citation to appear in court. Jennifer Peduzzi was arrested for Possession of suspected Cocaine and Possession of suspected Fentanyl. Peduzzi was released with a citation to appear in court. Debra Bemis was arrested on an active warrant. Bemis posted $200 bail and was released. All subjects will appear in court at a later date to face the charges. Total drugs seized from the residence: Cocaine: 40 grams Fentanyl: 8.49 grams Heroin: 5 grams Brandon Lee, 34, of Brattleboro, VT Amanda Fogg, 32, of Brattleboro, VT Jeremy Snyder, 31, of Chester, VT Debra Bemis, 46, of Brattleboro, VT Officer Penniman On 12/12/19 Brattleboro Police with assistance from the Vermont State Police conducted a search warrant at a business on Canal St. As a result of the warrant Brandon Lee (34), Amanda Fogg (32), Jeremy Snyder (31) and Debra Bemis (46) were all placed under arrest for various drug possession offenses. Subsequent charges included contempt of court, hindering arrest, and persons prohibited from possessing firearm. Fogg, Snyder and Bemis were also arrested on in state warrants. Fogg also had an extraditable warrant out of NH. All were taken into custody, and issued citations for their offenses. Fogg, Snyder and Bemis were held on their active warrants, Lee was released on citation. Chrisanna Gagne, 29, of MA Justo DeThomas, 19, of Brattleboro, VT Officer Penniman On the morning of 8/17/19 Brattleboro Police executed a search warrant on a residence on Canal St. The warrant resulted in the arrest of Peter Garrett, a 32 year old male from New York, and Chrisanna Gagne, a 29 year old female from MA. Both were issued citations for possession of heroin. Gagne also had a warrant out for her arrest. Justo Dethomas, a 19 year old male from Brattleboro, was also found to have a warrant, and was arrested, and issued a citation. Brenda Graves, 37, of Brattleboro, VT Chrisanna Gagne, 29, of Brattleboro, VT Kenneth Craig, 44, of Brattleboro, VT Justice Vick, 32, of New York Officer Penniman On 7/2/19 Brattleboro Police conducted a search warrant on a residence located on Canal St. Jahiem McKoy, a 22 year old male from NY, and Chrisanna Gagne, a 29 year old female from VT, were arrested and charged with possession of heroin and cocaine, dispersing cocaine, and dispersing cocaine within a school zone. Justice Vick, a 32 year old male from NY, was charged with the above crimes, along with resisting arrest. Kenneth Craig, a 44 year old male from Brattleboro, was charged with possession of heroin and cocaine. Brenda Graves, a 37 year old female from Brattleboro, was charged with possession of cocaine. Justice Vick, 31, of New York Kenneth Craig, 44, of Brattleboro Chrisanna Gagen, 29, of Brattleboro Brenda Graves, 36, of Brattleboro Joel Mialkowski, 48, of Brattleboro Officer Penniman On 7/2/19 at approximately 1517hrs, Brattleboro Officers conducted 2 search warrants simultaneously; one at a residence on Canal St., and one at a motel on Putney Rd. No one was present and nothing was seized at the motel. At the Canal St. residence, 6 subjects were arrested and all but Mialkowski were charged with Possession of Heroin, Possession of Cocaine, and Possession of Fentanyl. More details to follow. |
