Lindsi Houle, 38, of Brattleboro, VT Steven Miller, 34, of Brattleboro,VT Officer Penniman On 11/30/21, the Brattleboro Police Department, with support from members of the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) executed a narcotics based search warrant at a residence on Brattle St. in Brattleboro. A search of the residence yielded several containers containing Marijuana suspected to contain Fentanyl. The Marijuana was sent to the lab pending analysis. Arrested were: Gregory Larose – Possession of Fentanyl and Contempt of Court Lindsi Houle – Possession of Fentanyl Steven Miller – Possession of Fentanyl and Contempt of Court. All were taken into custody, lodged, and subsequently released on citations. All will appear in court on 1/4/22 to answer their charges. Anyone arrested or cited by the Brattleboro police department is presumed innocent until convicted of a crime in court.

Michael Inman, 44, of Brattleboro, VT
Jeffrey Edson, 47, of Brattleboro, VT Officer Penniman On 9/15/21 the Brattleboro Police Department executed a Narcotics based Search Warrant on a residence on Western Ave. Felony amount of Fentanyl, Prescription Pills, Cash, and a Catalytic Converter were seized during the search warrant. Arrested were Michael A. Inman and Jeffrey A. Edson. Both are charged with Possession of Fentanyl (trafficking weight), and Possession of Controlled Substances (pills). Further investigation is being conducted regarding the Catalytic Converter. Both Inman and Edson were placed under arrest, and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department. There they were processed, and released on citations. Both Inman and Edson will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 10/19/21 to answer their charges. Darlene Derby, 49, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Penniman On 7/16/21 Brattleboro Police conducted a search warrant on a residence at an apartment complex on Putney Rd. Police recovered a small amount of crack cocaine, along with approximately 12.2 ounces of a white powder substance suspected to be cocaine. Police also located a small amount of amphetamines. The apartment owner, Darlene Derby, was subsequently placed under arrest for Trafficking Cocaine and possession of Amphetamines. Derby was processed at the Brattleboro Police Department. There she was released on a citation and conditions of release. Derby will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 7/19/21 for arraignment. This is an ongoing investigation. On 7/16/21 Brattleboro Police conducted a search warrant on a residence at an apartment complex on Putney Rd. Brattleboro Police seized approximately 347 grams, or 12.24 ounces of suspected cocaine from the residence. This is an ongoing investigation, and police do have a suspect.
