Ford, Ayble M., 21, Brattleboro, VT
On May 14, 2019 at approximately 2045 hours the Brattleboro Police Department received a call regarding subjects in a vehicle that were shooting fireworks as they were driving on Main St. A license plate was obtained from this complaint. At approximately 2100 hours, the Police Department received a second complaint advising of a subject possibly shooting fireworks at vehicles on Canal St.
Officer’s made contact with a subject walking on Canal St that later turned out to be a victim of the same subjects shooting fireworks from a vehicle. Investigation revealed that as the vehicle traveled past the victim, a firework was shot at the individual striking him in the head. The victim did not seek medical attention immediately. At approximately 2251 hours, an Officer located the vehicle described in the first complaint. Subsequent investigation led to the arrest of Ayble Ford, 21, of Brattleboro for Possession of Fireworks and Simple Assault.
Ford was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department where he was processed and released on a citation to appear at the Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on July 2, 2019 at 0800 hours.
O’Dell, Shawn P., 49, Brattleboro, VT
On April 27, 2019 at approximately 1826 hours the Brattleboro Police Department was notified of a dispute between individuals on the Whetstone Walkway. Subsequent investigation revealed that Shawn O’Dell, 49, of Brattleboro, had punched a juvenile female in the throat causing pain. No injuries were reported. O’Dell was arrested for simple assault and released on a citation to appear at the Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on June 4, 2019 at 0800 hours.
Bradbury, Jennifer, A. 34 year old female from Brattleboro
On 05/12/2019 Brattleboro Police responded to a residence on Cooke Road for a report of a possible burglary.
Through investigation it was discovered that Jennifer A. Bradbury had entered the residence without permission and assaulted a 65 year old female. The female was not treated for injuries.
Bradbury was located, placed under arrest and was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department for processing. Bradbury was released on conditions or release and a citation to appear in court tomorrow, 05/13/2019, to answer the charges.
Rouleau, Harrison, E, 22, of Brattleboro
Fisk III, Arthur, R, 28, of Brattleboro
On 04/04/19 at approximately 09:12 hours, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to the Brattleboro Transportation Center on Flat St for a report of a fight. After an investigation, it was determined that Harrison Rouleau and Arthur Fisk III were involved in an alteraction where knives were displayed. No one was injured during this interaction. Both were arrested and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department for processing. Fisk was released on a citation to appear at Windham County Superior Court, Criminal Division on 05/14/19. Rouleau was transported to Southern State Correctional Facility on a Violation of Probation.
Garland, Jonathan M, 23, Brattleboro, VT
On March 12, 2019 the Brattleboro Police Department received a report of a Family Fight at a residence in Brattleboro. It was reported that a knife was involved in the incident, but nobody was injured. Following an investigation, Jonathan Garland, 23, of Brattleboro was arrested. Garland was transported to the Police Department where he was processed and charged with Aggravated Domestic Assault, Simple Assault, Unlawful Mischief, and Petit Larceny. Garland was ordered held without bail.
Mariah Holden, 20, of Brattleboro, VT
On 01/23/2019 a 20 year old female approached a Brattleboro Police Officer in the Preston Lot on Flat Street advising she was just assaulted. Through investigation it was determined that the female was assaulted by Mariah R. Holden. The female was not treated for any injuries.
Holden was located at a later date and was issued a citation to appear in court on 04/09/2019.
Clough, Justin E. 39 of Brattleboro
On 121/16/18 at approximately 2339 hours Officers from the Brattleboro Police Department responded to the Brattleboro Memorial Hospital for a report of a disorderly patient who was assaulting staff.
Upon arrival I made contact with the disorderly patient who was identified as Justin E. Clough 39 of Brattleboro. Clough had since been escorted outside by security and had calmed down. It was reported Clough had been yelling and screaming profanities inside the ER and then became combative when asked to leave. Two members of the ER security staff reported minor injuries that did not require medical attention. No other patients or staff were injured.
Clough was transported to the Brattleboro Police station where he was processed for Disorderly Conduct and Assault x2. Clough was issued conditions of realease and ordered held on $200 bail. Clough was issued a citation to appear at the Windham Superior Court on 11/19/18 at 1200 hours
Nathan Heist, 23, of Springfield, VT
On September 17, 2018 Brattleboro police responded to an Elliot Street business for some sort of dispute. When they arrived an investigation took place and police arrested Nathan Heist for attempting to steal beer and assaulting two store clerks at the business. Heist was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department for processing and then released on a citation to appear in court on October 23, 2018.
Michael A. St. Pierre, 24, of New York
On 9/15/2018 at approximately 7:32 PM Brattleboro Police responded to a report of a retail theft at a Putney Road business where a subject fled in a motor vehicle. The vehicle struck another vehicle and a pedestrian as it fled. Police were given information about the vehicle and stopped it on High Street. The pedestrian, a 35 year old male, was treated at the scene for non-life threatening injuries.
The operator of a black 2015 Nissan Altima, Michael A. St Pierre (24 of New York City, NY), was subsequently arrested. St Pierre was held in lieu of $1,000 bail. St Pierre has been charged with Reckless Endangerment, Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Simple Assault and will appear at court at a later date and time to answer to the charges.

Bobby Bethune, 18, of Brattleboro, VT
On 07/08/18 at approximately 10:00 p.m. the Brattleboro Police responded to a government building on South Main Street for a report of an assault. Upon investigation, it was determined that Bobby Bethune, 18, of New York had commited the offense of simple assault on a female by grabbing her and throwing her against a building. The vitim was not treated for any injuries. Bethune was later located and issued a citation for simple assault and will appear at Windham Superior Court on 09/11/18 to face the charge.
