Elise Nuccio, 26, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Penniman On 2/22/20 Brattleboro Police spoke to an individual reporting that a firearm was stolen from their residence. The individual named Elise M. Nuccio, a 26 year old female from Brattleboro, as a person of interest. Through witness statements, police developed probable cause that Nuccio stole the firearm, and unlawfully transferred it to another person. Nuccio was arrested, and charged with Petit Larceny, Unlawful transfer of a firearm, and Person prohibited from possessing a firearm. Nuccio was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department, where she was processed, and released on a citation for the above charges. Nuccio will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 4/28/20 to answer her charges.

Martin Clark, 52, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Hamilton On August 10 2019 at approximately 1540 hours officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a residence on Fairground Road for a theft complaint. Subsequent investigation revealed that Martin Clark had stolen money and possessions from the resident. Clark was later contacted and issued a citation for Petit Larceny, and will appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on October 15 to face the charge. Officer Cooke On August 8, 2019 at approximately 1650 hours the Brattleboro Police Department received a call about a bicycle that had been stolen off of Vernon St. Thanks to the quick thinking of a passing motorist taking a photo, because they saw suspicious activity, the subject who stole the bicycle was able to be identified as Heidi Heger, 47, of Brattleboro. Heger was later located and issued a citation to appear at the Vermont Superior Court – Criminal Division on September 17, 2019 at 0800 hours to answer to the charge of petit larceny. Officer Kerylow
On 07/05/2019 at approximately 10:19 am Brattleboro Police responded to a business on Main Street for a report of stolen American flags. It was learned that a large number of American flags with the dimensions of approximately 10”x15” were placed in flower pots along both sides of Main Street and were stolen sometime in the evening hours of 07/04/2019 and the early morning hours of 07/05/2019. Officer Cable On 5/25/2019 at approximately 9:09 PM Brattleboro Police took a report of a male subject having been in possession of a cell phone that was possibly stolen. The phone was turned over to police after being recovered from Kevin Regan (62 of Brattleboro). Subsequent investigation revealed that the phone had in fact been stolen from a motor vehicle on Main Street earlier in the day. Regan was issued a citation and is to appear at Windham Superior Court on 7/23/19 to answer to the charge of Possession of Stolen Property. Holcomb, Shaquran A. 38 of Brattleboro, VT
SGT Eaton On February 17, 2019, Brattleboro Police received a report that a female had dropped her wallet the day before at a business on Western Ave. Upon returning to the store, she learned that the person who picked up her wallet was on video. Police identified the male in the video as Holcomb. He was located and issued a citation for petit larceny. He is to appear in court at a later date Detective Lieutenant Evans
During the afternoon hours of 11/21/2018 detectives from the Brattleboro Police Criminal Investigation Division executed a search warrant at a residence in Brattleboro. This warrant sought was in relation to the string of thefts and frauds that have been taking place recently. The investigation is ongoing and no further information will be released at this time.
