Williams, Patricia M. – 54 of Brattleboro, VT
On February 28, 2019 Brattleboro Police were called to a business on Main Street for a trespassing complaint. Investigation revealed that Patricia M. Williams had entered the building after she was previously issued a trespass warning for that location. She was located on March 21, 2019 and issued a citation to appear in court at a later date to answer the charge of trespassing.
Mark Caslin, Jr, 30, of Brattleboro, VT
On 10/31/18, the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a business on South Main Street, for a report of a male that had been previously trespassed from the property and was now currently on the property. It was discovered that Mark Caslin Jr was on the property and had been trespassed. Caslin was issued a citation to appear at Windham County Superior Court, Criminal Division on 12/18/18.
Phyllis M. Parent – 29 - Brattleboro
On October 22, 2018 while on foot patrol in the Brattleboro Transportation Center police located Phyllis Parent. Parent was found to be trespassed from the transportation center so she was issued a citation to appear in court on December 4, 2018.
Lumbra, Rodney A 57, of Brattleboro
On 10/06/2018, Brattleboro Officers responded to a business located on Putney Road on a report of a male that had been previously issued a Trespass Warning. The male was identified as Rodney A Lumbra. He was located a short while later and issued a Citation for violating the Trespass Warning. He is scheduled to appear in Windham County Superior Court on 11/13/2018 to answer to the charge.
Qadir Murray, 35, of Brattleboro, VT
On September 5, 2018 Brattleboro Police took a trespassing complaint from a downtown business. When police arrived the found Qadir Murray had entered the property of the business after he had previously been trespassed. Murray was later located and issued a citation to appear in court on October 23, 2018.
Nicholas MacAllister – 36 - Brattleboro
Trent Johnson - 28 - Brattleboro
On May 31, 2018 Brattleboro Police were called to a Main Street business for a reported theft. When police were able to view video surveillance of the incident they were able to identify the suspect as Trent Johnson. Johnson was also found to be trespassed from this property from a previous incident. Johnson was later located and issued a citation to appear in court on July 24, 2018 for the charge of unlawful trespass and retail theft.
Camolli, Tonya. L. 34 Year Old Female from Brattleboro
On 5/21/18 Brattleboro Police conducted a motor vehicle stop.
Investigation determined that one of the occupants, Tonya Camolli, a 34 Year Old Female from Brattleboro, had been at a property on Pleasant St where she had been trespassed from.
Camolli was originally trespassed from the Pleasant St property for disorderly behavior.
Camolli was also in violation of several of her court ordered conditions of release.
Camolli was issued a citation and will appear at Windham County Superior Court on 6/26/18 to answer her charges.
Porter, Brandon L., 26
On 5/27/18 Brattleboro Officers responded to Price Chopper regarding a shop-lifter. The suspect, Brandon L. Porter, was located on Birge Street and arrested for Retail Theft and Unlawful Trespass. Porter will appear in court on 7/3/18 to face the charges
Brandon Porter – 26 - Brattleboro
On May 26, 2018 Brattleboro Police responded to a Main Street business for a reported theft. When police arrived they found Brandon Porter had gone into the store and walked around picking items off the shelves and eating them. Police also found Porter was previously trespassed from the business. Porter was later located and issued a citation to appear in court on July 3, 2018.
