Officer Flecther On 9/28/20 at approximately 11:03 AM Officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a local business for a report of a disorderly male subject. Upon arrival Officers were advised the male subject had left the business in an unknown direction. Staff reported the male had been disorderly and rude, he had previously been asked to leave. He had left and returned to the business several times. The store did provided an image of the subject from their security footage. While searching the surrounding area around the store he was witnessed returning. He was located at a counter amongst several other customers and officers asked him several times to step aside so they could talk. The male, later identified as Alexander J. Klein, refused to step away from the counter. After attempting to escourt Klein away from the counter he became combative, actively attempting to free himself from the officer’s grasp. He was notified on more than one occasion that he was under arrest. Eventually Klein was subdued and taken into custody for trespassing, Disorderly conduct and Resisting arrest. He was transported to the Brattleboro Police station where he was later released on conditions and a citation to appear at the Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division on 9/28/2020 at 12:30 PM.

Stacey Martin, 34, of Brattleboro, VT
Sgt. Cable On 7/18/20 at approximately 9:37 AM Brattleboro Police responded to a Canal Street business for a report of a female trespassing on the property. Investigation revealed that Stacey Martin had previously been issued a trespass warning for the property which she subsequently violated. Martin was located off the property and issued a citation to appear in Windham Superior Court on 8/18/20 to answer to the charge of Unlawful Trespass. Christopher Rigali, 40, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Busch On July 01, 2020 at approximately 1320 hours Officers from the Brattleboro Police Department were dispatched to a Motel on Canal St. for a trespassing complaint. Subsequent investigation found that Christopher C. Rigali, 40 year old male from Brattleboro, was on the property after previously being trespassed. Rigali was later located at a business on Canal St. where he was cited and released for trespassing. Rigali is scheduled to appear in Windham County Superior Court Criminal Division on 08/18/2020 at 0800 hours to answer to his charge. Lisa Barnes, 38, of South Carolina
Officer Cable On 1/8/2020 at approximately 12:22 AM Brattleboro Police responded to a local medical facility for a report of a subject refusing to leave. Responding officers located Lisa M Barnes at the facility, refusing to leave. Barnes was subsequently arrested for unlawful trespass and held in liue of $200 bail. Barnes is to appear in Windham Superior Court on 1/8/20 to answer to the charges of Unlawful Trespass and Resisting Arrest. Tadros Hoth, 30, of Brattleboro, VT
Officer Llewelyn On June 29th 2019 officers of the Brattleboro Police Department were on foot patrol when they encountered Tadros Hoth on the Whetstone Walkway. Hoth was trespassed from the walkway. The officers placed Hoth under arrest and transported him to the Brattleboro Police Department where he was fingerprinted and photographed and released on a citation. Hoth will appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on August 6, 2019 to face the charges. Misbah Abdul-Kareem, 34, of Wilmington, VT
Officer Llewelyn On 7/6/2019 officers of the Brattleboro Police Department were on foot patrol on Flat St. when they encountered Misbah Abdul-Kareem sitting in an area where he was trespassed. Abdul-Kareem also had an outstanding warrant out for his arrest. The officers arrested Abdul-Kareem for Unlawful Trespass and having an outstanding warrant. Abdul-Kareem was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department where he was held in lieu of bail and cited. Abdul-Kareem will appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on 8/13/2019 to face the charge of Unlawful Trespass. Shawn P. O’Dell – 49 of Brattleboro
SGT Cable On 5/29/19 at approximately 12:14AM Brattleboro Police located Shawn O’Dell (49 of Brattleboro) sleeping in a downtown facility. Police knew O’Dell to have previously been issued a trespass warning for the location. O’Dell was issued a citation and released to appear at court on 7/23/2019 to answer to the charge of Unlawful Trespass. Norman, Lynn S. -60- of Brattleboro
SGT Eaton On 5/27/19, Brattleboro Police responded to a trespassing complaint at a business on Putney Road. It was reported that a female, who was intoxicated, was sleeping in an employee area and was believed to have been previously trespassed from the establishment. The female was not on scene upon officer arrival. The investigation revealed that Lynn Norman was sleeping on property that she was previously trespassed from. She was intoxicated, which violates her court ordered conditions of release. She was located and issued a citation to appear in court on 6/4/19. Norman, Lynn 60 of Brattleboro
Officer Law On 5/24/2019 at approximately 8:24 PM Brattleboro Police responded to a local business on Canal St. for a report of a female that was sleeping on their benches. It was reported that the female had been previously trespassed. Upon arrival Brattleboro Police found Lynn Norman, 60 of Brattleboro, sleeping on a bench outside of the business. Norman had been previously trespassed and was arrested. Norman issued a citation to appear on July 9, 2019 at 8:00 AM to face the charge of unlawful trespass. Williams, Patricia M. – 54 of Brattleboro, VT
SGT Eaton On February 28, 2019 Brattleboro Police were called to a business on Main Street for a trespassing complaint. Investigation revealed that Patricia M. Williams had entered the building after she was previously issued a trespass warning for that location. She was located on March 21, 2019 and issued a citation to appear in court at a later date to answer the charge of trespassing. |
