Daniel Reddan, 37, of Bennington, VT
On October 1, 2019 at approximately 0358 hours, officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a business near Belmont Avenue after obtaining information that there was a subject in the area with an active arrest warrant.
Upon arrival officers located the subject and identified him as Daniel C. Reddan. Subsequent investigation confirmed the information that Reddan had an active arrest warrant.
Reddan was taken into custody and transported by Probation and Parole to the Southern State Correctional Facility.
Zachariah McAllister, 28, of Westminster, VT
On 9/11/2019 Brattleboro Police received a tip that Zachariah A. McAllister (28 of Brattleboro) had an active arrest warrant and was driving a silver Mercedes vehicle. Officers located a vehicle and operator matching the description at a location on Putney Road. The vehicle was stopped and the operator was positively identified as McAllister.
McAllister’s license was criminally suspended for multiple prior convictions of driving with a civilly suspended license. McAllister fled from the traffic stop in the vehicle at a high rate of speed and without regard for traffic when told that he was under arrest. A “Be On the Lookout” was issued for McAllister and the vehicle.
As of this press release McAllister has not yet been apprehended by law enforcement. He is wanted for the charges of Driving with a Criminally Suspended License, Negligent Operation, Eluding a Police Officer and the active warrant. Richard Daigle, 51, of Hinsdale, NH
On September 07, 2019, at approximately 2208 hours, while on directed patrol on
Putney Road, officers of the Brattleboro Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop for defective equipment. Subsequent investigation revealed the operator of the vehicle, Richard J. Daigle, was wanted on a hold without bail warrant from Windsor County for Child Support Contempt. Daigle will appear in Windsor County Family Court on September 09, to face the underlying charge.
Denise Thomson, 64, of Strafford, VT
On August 22 2019 at approximately 2240 hours officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a business on Putney Road for a complaint about a female trespasser. Subsequent investigation revealed that the woman, Denise Thomson, had an active warrant out for her arrest. Thomson was arrested, and then released with a citation as ordered in the warrant. Thomson will appear in Orange County Superior Court: Criminal Division on August 28 to face the underlying charges of Possession of Stolen Property and Financial Exploitation of Vulnerable Adults.
Amanda Fogg, 32, of Peru, VT
On August 19, 2019 officers from the Brattleboro Police Department located a female subject walking on Old Ferry Rd. Subsequent investigation revealed the subject to be Amanda Fogg, 32, of Peru, VT. Fogg was found to have an active arrest warrant in the State of Vermont. Fogg was further found to be in possession of cocaine and heroin. Fogg was arrested and transported to the Brattleboro Police Department where she was lodged for lack of $5,000 bail. Fogg was cited to appear at the Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on August 20, 2019 at 1230 hours.
Rachael Baek, 23, of Milton, VT
On August 22, 2019 at approximately 1623 hours, officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to the Brattleboro Police Department for a report of a 23 year old female turning herself in on a warrant. Rachael K.R. Baek was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. Baek was placed under arrest, processed and released on $200.00 bail. Baek will appear in Washington County Superior Court: Criminal Division on August 27 to face the underlying charge of driving with a suspended license.
Pedro Ocasio, 19, of East Hartford, CT
Pedro Ocasio was arrested on an outstanding warrant for multiple offenses, to include attempted 2nd degree murder and 1st degree aggravated domestic assault, stemming from an incident last week on Elliot Street. The arrest occurred today and took place at Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division, on Putney Road in Brattleboro. Brattleboro Police Officers and Deputies from the Windham County Sheriff’s Office were involved in the arrest.
Misbah Abdul-Kareem, 34, of Wilmington, VT
On 7/6/2019 Officers of the Brattleboro Police Department were on foot patrol on Flat Street. The Officers came across Misbah Abdul-Kareem who had an outstanding warrant. The Officers placed Abdul-Kareem under arrest. Abdul-Kareem was held in lieu of bail and appeared in Windham County Court: Superior Division on July 8th 2019 to face the underlying charges.
Craig, Kenneth J., 44, of Brattleboro
Rutledge, Zachary T., 22, of Brattleboro
Gagne, Chrisanna M., 29, of Brattleboro
On June 4 2019 at approximately 1715 hours officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a residence on Canal Street for a reported stabbing. Upon arrival officers met with several individuals, including Zachary Rutledge, who appeared to have been stabbed. Rutledge was transported to Brattleboro Memorial Hospital with potentially life-threatening injuries.
Officers located Kenneth Craig and Chrisanna Gagne, residents. Subsequent investigation revealed that there was an altercation between Craig and Rutledge involving a knife, and both men sustained injuries. Craig was not transported. Investigation into this matter is ongoing, and anyone with information relating to this incident is encouraged to contact the Brattleboro Police Department.
Gagne was arrested on an outstanding warrant and held in lieu of $10,000 bail. Craig and Rutledge were both issued citations for assault, and will appear in Windham County Superior Court: Criminal Division on June 18 to face the charges.
Johnson, Trent W, 29, Brattleboro, VT
On April 9, 2019 the Brattleboro Police Department located Trent Johnson, 29, of Brattleboro walking on High St. Johnson was known to have an active arrest warrant in the State of Vermont for failing to appear at a court hearing. Johnson was taken into custody and subsequently found to be in possession of crack cocaine. Johnson was cited to appear at the Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on May 28, 2019 at 0800 hours. Johnson was further lodged at the Brattleboro Police Department for lack of $200 bail on the warrant.
