Chandler Hurley, 19, of Pownal, VT
On 3/5/2018 at approximately 4:13 PM Brattleboro Police were performing motor vehicle enforcement on Maple Street. A motor vehicle stop was initiated with Chandler Hurley (19 of Pownal), the operator of gray Volkswagen Jetta. Hurley’s license to operate a motor vehicle had been criminally suspended for a prior conviction of DUI. Hurley was arrested and later released on a citation to appear at court on 4/10/18 to answer to the charge of Driving with a Criminally Suspended License.
On 3/2/2018 Brattleboro Police received a report of a fraudulent check passed at a local bank. Assistance is needed from the public to identify the subject seen in the surveillance footage.

Kristina Fletcher, 32, of Brattleboro, VT
On 02/28/18 at approximately 8:30 p.m. the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a residence on Elliot St. for a report of an assault. Upon investigation it was determined that, Kristina E. Fletcher, 32, of Brattleboro commited the offence of Simple Assault. Fletcher was citied for this incident and will appear at Windham Superior Court on 04/10/18 to face this charge.
John Carrington, 38, Of Brattleboro, VT
On 2/14/2018, Brattleboro Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. Subsequent investigation revealed the operator John C Carrington 38, of Brattleboro to be in the possession of crack cocaine. Carrington was arrested and transported to the Brattleboro police Department where he was fingerprinted and photographed. He was later ordered released on Conditions by a Judge. He was issued a Citation ordering him to appear in Windham County Superior Court on 3/27/2018 to answer to the charge.
Homer D. Parker, Jr., 49, of Brattleboro, VT
Gina M. Taylor, 42, of Brattleboro, VT
On 3/4/18 Brattleboro Police were at a local Hotel/Motel on Putney road preforming a motor vehicle unlock.
An employee approached police, stating that he believed an assault was taking place in one of the rooms.
Police made contact with the individuals in the room, Parker and Taylor. It was determined that the argument was only verbal in nature.
Both Parker and Taylor had previously been trespassed from the establishment. Taylor had been trespassed for suspected drug activity, and Parker for multiple noise complaints and refusing to vacate when asked by management.
Both were placed under arrest and transported to the Brattleboro Police Station, where they were both processed and released on citations. They will both appear at Windham County Superior Court on 4/10/18 to answer their charges.
